    Telephone: (931) 647-8750
    Fax: (931) 647-8970

    Tymglobal.com is Steve Girsky
By now most of us know that StormPay and NetIBA were incorporated by the SAME person. Mr. John McConnell Jr is the registered agent, the principal officer, and the customer service contact of NetIBA. This man is also the registered agent of Stormpay. Steven Girsky is the CEO and Customer Service contact for StormPay. You can see my previous post on this at http://www.getpaidforum.com/forums/s...s-t425180.html.

Interestingly, these two men are also neighbors. From The State of Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury, Real Estate Assessment Data website (http://170.142.31.248/ParcelList.asp or go to http://170.142.31.248/SelectCounty.a...lectCounty=063 and type Shadowbend in the Property Address Box):

    MCCONNELL JOHN R
    ETUX DEBORAH K
    4975 SHADOWBEND CR
    CLARKSVILLE , TN 37043
    931-362-4116 (from www.whitepages.com)

This is where John lives. From the data you can see he lives in a 2 story, 3,012 sq ft home he bought for $266,000. He also owns 4981 and 4990 Shadowbend (both plots of land).

    From the same site:
    GIRSKY STEVEN C
    ETUX CAROL L
    4987 SHADOWBEND CR
    CLARKSVILLE , TN 37043
    931-362-9288 (from www.whitepages.com)

Steven lives in a 2 story, 3,692 sq ft home he bought for $250,000.

According to google maps: Map Link, they live 168 ft apart; it takes about 4 seconds to get from one house to the other.

Before filing a complaint with the BBB about StormPay, one should contact Steven Girsky at:
    1690 GOLF CLUB LANE
    CLARKSVILLE, TN, 37043
    931-647-8750; Fax 931-647-8970

If you have a complaint about NetIBA, before filing with the BBB, you should contact John Mcconnell at (931) 905-0112. If you reverse search this number at www.whitepages.com, you find it belongs to NetIBA at 1690 Golf Club Lane, Clarksville, TN 37043.

Who owns 1690 Golf Club Lane you ask? This 2 story, 6,068 sq ft, 30 office building is owned by John R. Mcconnell! Imagine that!

No, you're not seeing double, NetIBA is at the same address as StormPay, in the building owned by John McConnell. The only difference is the phone number.

My question: is it legal to call a business owner at home? Of course, you are almost certain to lose your account, rather than get anything resolved so I wouldn't recommend it! Additionally, according to the BBB, Steven Girsky is a lawyer working for Batson, Nolan, Brice, Harvey, & Williamson. However, Steven Girsky is not listed on their web page: www.bnbwg.com. Nor is he listed as a member of the Tennesee Bar Association. I don't dare speculate on this and anyone else inclined to do so should cease and desist!

Looking back at the Tennesee property records, I looked up S. Third St to see who owns the building where Steven is/was a lawyer. It's owned by BNBWG Realty. Hmm, Could those letters stand for Batson, Nolan, Brice, Williamson, & Girsky? Doing a search on google tells me I am correct. However, the BBB doesn't have a record of this company and the address is the same address as the attorney's office address. I guess BNBWG Realty doesn't do much business?

Want to see a picture of Steven Girsky? http://pview.findlaw.com/view/2558419_1?noconfirm=0

Finally, according to the BBB, Stormpay has "an unsatisfactory record due to a pattern of complaints received. In the past 36 months, the company has received complaints specifically concerning the company's failure to inform and follow up with its customers when it suspends accounts, failure to release funds in a timely manner and failure to resolve complaints directly with company management. The company has responded to each complaint presented by BBB. However, the company has not eliminated the pattern of complaint. The BBB Definition of pattern: - More than 2 complaints involving the same allegations usually within 12 months that are significant in relation to the company's size and volume of business. YTD 2006, the company has received 8 complaints; in 2005, the company received 49 complaints; in 2004, the company received 6 complaints.

In comparison, PayPal has a satisfactory record. To see the definition of satisfactory: http://www.bbbsilicon.org/commonreport.html?bid=210387

The proof is in the pudding folks. For all practical purposes, StormPay and NetIBA are the same company. Don't be ripped off by them!

Additionally, If you are desperate to contact StormPay or it's owner, I believe you can find enough information here to do so. You might have to think outside the box a bit though.

All the information provided here is a matter of public record. I have provided the links where you can find the same information for yourself. Being a web researcher, I know where to look for these kinds of things.

    Government Actions Against Steve Girsky:

    Government Actions

On August 7, 2003, the Tennessee Securities Division of the Department of Commerce & Insurance issued an "Order to Cease and Desist" (file number 03-020) with TymGlobal, Inc., StormPay, Inc. and John R. McConnell, Jr.

The order states that TymGlobal and StormPay are under common ownership and/or control. TymGlobal operates an internet website which is registered to StormPay. On the internet website, respondents are operating a pyramid and/or Ponzi scheme promising large returns on investments for participating in the scheme. The order further states that TymGlobal has not registered any securities offerings with the Division pursuant to Tennessee Securities Act of 1980. Nor has the company registered with the Division as a broker-dealer, agent of a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Also, the respondent StormPay has not registered any securities offerings with the Division nor has the company registered with the Division as a broker-dealer, agent of a broker-dealer, or investment adviser. John R. McConnell, Jr. has not registered with the Division as a broker-dealer, an agent of a broker-dealer or as an investment adviser.

Potential investors were given the opportunity to invest in both partnership shares as TymGlobal as well as to participate in various Ponzi schemes. Respondents promised a high return. The offering of participation in the schemes sold by the respondents is an investment contract and thus, a security under the act.

The Division ordered the respondents TymGlobal, StormPay and John R. McConnell, Jr to cease and desist the conduct of a broker-dealer in the state of Tennessee until such time as it effectively registers with the Division. The order did not intend to prohibit lawful conduct of the respondents.

For additional information concerning this order, please contact Daphne Smith, Assistant Commissioner for Securities, State of Tennessee, Department of Commerce and Insurance, Suite 680, 500 James Robertson Pky, Nashville, TN 37243.

Report as of February 2, 2006

    Re: STORMPAY/NetIBA Scam

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck then it must be a duck.

Just think about it from this point of view. The 12dailypro site tried really hard to give the user the impression that it is a legit and large corporation. But when the enamel started to peal it revealed that it is nothing more then some fancy template being ran by a person who does not even have a business degree and is actually being ran out of a shady apartment. funny thing is that the site looks allot of like to one of the templates that where available on templatemonster.com lol

But anyhow, we are talking about 50 Million dollars that are floating around right now that have not been refunded. The fact is that there is not enough money to refund all of the users and that is why stormpay and 12dailypro are pointing the fingers at each other. There is not even enough money to refund the investment itself. haha

The truth is that Charise Johnson and stormpay are in cohuts with each other. Stormpay executives have a history in pyramid scams as it is. And the fact that this company has been handeling so much money for this long and all the sudden claims to freeze accounts because its a scam? What they just realized this? it just became suspicious? please! The truth is that a group of people put a hot coal under their you know what by getting help by the media in Utah. Based on that it has attracted atention from the FBI and other government agencies and when the government gets involved thats when it starts to boild down.

My cousin like an idiot invested his financial aid money thinking that he would get his money back in December of last year and has still not seen a penny lol. He was not able to enroll and now is out 6K. He tried to convince me to invest some cash, but as soon as i saw the templatemonster.com web template i knew it was B.S.

He has gone of the 12dailypro forums and demanded to know whats going on and the administrators delete all of his comments.

Another thing, you will never see any respectable financial institution treat the matter the way these individuals have. When have you heard the CEO of any trading company or bank respond the way Charisa has.

With her recent posts and emails Charisa has revealed her true lack of business capacity with her childish remarks and rants. Her 7-11 Mug shot doesn't help her any also haha.

Most of this has all been pointed out one time or another. But one thing that has not been mentioned at all is the ethics behind autosurf itself.

I personaly have a few sites and have advertisement with several companies such as google and yahoo. Some of my click bids are up to a dollar per click that i am willing to pay to be listed at the top of the list of ads.

Im sure that every person on the internet that uses google or yahoo would be pretty pissed off if google or yahoo would turn around and do something like this lol.

What makes it ok for 12dailypro or anyone for that matter to trick advertisers into thinking that they are investing their money into somthing that is profitable, that will actually generate leads or sales when in fact its j ust some person on the other end who is not even looking at the ad at all lol. That the people that are really clicking on their ads are really some script that loads the ads over and over again from various ip's with people who's only interest is to get money back on some investment scam they invested in.

That alone should be more then enough to lock these crooks up!

The ship is about to sink. dont be surprised to see Charisa and those other crooks on America's most wanted after she bails to some 3rd world country on the run lol.

I hope that the law uses these people as examples and start cracking down on these internet scams, because in my opinion not much has been done about all these scams that are STILL floating around.

this is a forum and its a comment, not a "sentiment" i have no emotions for the matter. Thats quite an interesting analogy you got there, it would probably make more sence if i dozed a couple of hits of acid to dilute my self to understand what you are trying to say, but I think I will pass.

Life is a ponzi? i dont know where you live or what your life is like but im sure as hell glad that im not where you are haha.

    Cheers "monkey".

Even the mainstream banks are closing ranks on Stormpay now and directing their customers to the Better Business Bureau if anyone enquires about Stormpay. It looks like Stormpay are going to be history very soon. Call your bank and ask them what they know about Stormpay and hopefully you will get the same answers about them being a probable scam that are best avoided.

    Re: STORMPAY/NetIBA Scam

It should also be mentioned that accoring to the cease and desist notice that Stormpay were ordered not to defraud or mislead their customers or to omit information that customers should know. NetIBA is a clear violation of that as the clearly mislead customers into the belief that they are not related and even go so far as to state on the Stormpay page that Stormpay has now completed the NetIBA certification process while urging their customers to also do so.

Of course their line of defense will probably be that NetIBA is not listed on the earlier cease and desist notice even though it states that it applies to present and future!

The mainstream banks, that you are talking about, are helping StormPay get back the charge back money so that any money being held and recovered from these chargebacks can be distributed fairly to as many sheep as possible.

    Re: STORMPAY/NetIBA Scam

Thought I would share this experiance.

I was looking for a Feebay alternative, found StormPay Auctions and checked them out. Signed up, and noticed the referance to NetIBA to be verified. Being a heavy PayPal user I thought sure it was easy there and I should do it at NetIBA as well. Jumped over to the site and did a quick look, decided I was not paying to be verified $20 a year. So I left. Then I listed my first item. A laptop, I bought 2 years ago from BestBuy. It sold rather quick for $300. The money was credited to my account (not really) it seems there's a 5 day hold on all users not NetIBA certified, hmmm ok. Then I noticed the $27 charged to me as a fee. Seems it's higher for non NetIBA certified. Hmm ok. Well 5 days pass. My funds become available to withdrawl. Jump over and do a Direct Deposit request, (takes 3-5 days). Five days later no transfer. Send an email to StormPay, One day later email comes Sorry your transaction declined. Send another email, Why? I ask. Response, We need to verify shipping information that you shipped the product. Hmm ok $#%^& here it is. A couple days pass I email again, What's going on? In comes an email, NOW we need to wait until the customer verifies receipt. Meanwhile I have over $30K of real merchandise listed with them. I then end all auctions, File the appropriate forms to have the Laptop returned, (lucky it was sitting at his PO still) and severe my ties with the company. After that, which is how I ended up here, I started to research the 2 companies. What a mess I think I should have researched first, ya think?

    Turnabuck,

The simple truth is that you will not currently find an alternative to Ebay. Stormpay/NETIBA and their auctions are nothing but a big scam. Hopefully the FBI are investigating these scoundrels.

ScamPay is probably the main reason why so many ppl (including admins) lost in HYIPs.
Also probably the main reason why 12DP and ST decided it was time to run away with our money...

Uhhh so it wasn't 12DailyPro or Studio Traffic's fault that people got ripped off? Rubbish - they were Ponzis and scams from the beginning, like most other HYIPs. The fact that Stormpay was about the only payment processor that was prepared to deal with this kind of program is a huge error by Stormpay - but it does not mean that they were the scammers themselves, merely that they have a very poor choice in business partners.
