    Next ACLU Target

Jessicas law is a new, no strikes child molester punishment bill that the aclu will be fighting soon. How do I know this? Because it is a bill to protect children, and fighting against the protection of children is what they do. They are viciously fighting Megans law and they will fight this one with gusto as well. Anything that protects the weakest amongst us is what they are against. Is that too strong? Nah...think about it. They will fight to help you abort your baby, they will fight to return murderers to the street, they will fight to make sure someone pulls your plug if you are comatose, and they will fight for lighter sentences and early releases for their favorite people of all--child molesters. The only people who support these measures are child molesters, yet on they go. What else do they do, besides hate Christians and attack them at every turn, but weaken our laws and endanger our way of life?

    Jessica's Law and Deconstructing Pedophilia

Another week, another sexual predator story on the news. This version of the story happened in Florida, and this time it ended better than many, with the victim surviving and the child molester taking his own life. So often it ends with the victim dead, the family grieving and the system shaking its head and wondering how it let another child be murdered by someone the system already knew had a problem with pedophilia.

So how has it come to this? Why is it that this particularly heinous crime has become a plague on our civilization? Who could possible stand up for this?

That last answer is the American Civil Liberties Union, and that fact helps to explain much of the rest. Here's how.

Since the early second half of the Twentieth Century, there has been a rise in a series of philosophies variously known as post-structuralism, deconstruction, and post-modernism. Self-proclaimed social critics such as Jacques Derrida and Michel Foucault (pictured) argued for the deconstruction of absolute truth, especially the rejection of the idea of absolute truth as centered in the person or word of 'God'. This would then lead to an easing of social norms, which would lead to an ultimate freedom from constraint which Derrida described as 'freeplay'.

Foucault then applied Derrida's 'freeplay', coupled with the philosophies of Kant and Nietzche, to his 'queer theory' of sexuality, and the modern defense of pedophilia as an 'acceptable lifestyle choice' was born. When combined with the Marxist Left's desire to undermine the authority of the natural nuclear family (to be replaced by statism), you wind up with far left groups like the ACLU embracing the 'queer theory' and 'freeplay' ideas of the postmodernists and then finding ways to push those philosophies into civilized society using the judicial and educational systems. (Foucault himself was a French Communist from 1950 to 1953, and later a member of a French Maoist group in the 1970s, before he become part of the S&M scene in San Francisco and subsequently died of AIDS in Paris in 1984.)

So how do these philosophical underpinnings apply in everyday life to the ACLU? The ACLU defends the pedophiles (often in court) and attempts to strike down the laws that restrict these criminals as 'unconstitutional.' They defended NAMBLA (the North American Man/Boy Love Association) from a victim's family lawsuit in a 1997 Boston case where two NAMBLA members viewed a NAMBLA website from a public library, then murdered and raped a 10 year old boy. They opposed the Child Pornography Prevention Act and sued the Clinton Administration in an attempt to have the law struck down. They sued Pennsylvania on behalf of a convicted molester's right to be around children. They sued Virginia for requiring that parents be in attendance at a nudist camp for 11 year olds. And now they're suing Florida over Jessica's Law.

Numerous laws have been named for the victims the system failed to protect Megan's law, Amber alerts and now comes Jessica's Law, named for the Florida 9-year-old who was kidnapped, raped, and murdered by a known sexual predator named John Couey. Florida passed Jessica's Law this passed year, and now the Jessica's Law effort has come to South Carolina.

Here's the text of the petition being circulated by a group of grassroots volunteers like Brooks Brown:

We, the undersigned, do hereby petition the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina to enact "Jessica's Law" which provides for a mandatory 25 year sentence, with no possibility of parole, for the first conviction of any adult on the charge(s) of kidnapping and/or criminal sexual conduct (forcible rape) of a child 15 years of age or younger followed by lifetime probation; and also provides for a mandatory life sentence with no possibility of parole for a second offense. Further, first time offenders will be required to wear a GPS tracking device for the remainder of his/her life. Anyone who removes their tracking device will have their probation permanently revoked.

You can print that paragraph out, sign your name and address (including City, State and Zip) and send the petition in to:

    I Support Jessica's Law

    P. O. Box 455

    Anderson, SC 29622

From a purely political standpoint, Democrats would do well to distance themselves from the ACLU on this one. Standing with them in this instance does a disservice to the word 'liberal', and to their constituents. We're not talking about defending postmodern 'enlightened freeplay' here; we're talking about defending the indefensible...the rape of our children. If sexual predators and pedophiles become a component of your coalition, something is terribly wrong.

I challenge every South Carolinian to sign and return the petition (I'm sending in mine Tuesday), and I challenge the legislature to pass this excellent piece of legislation with all due speed once the session is convened in January. Our state's children deserve the protection.

Senate Committee Kills "Jessica's Law" Bill
Written for the web by C. Johnson, Internet News Producer
    http://www.news10.net/storyfull2.aspx?storyid=15254

A measure that would have mandated electronic monitoring of convicted child molestors and put more limits on where they could live has been killed in committee.

Senate Bill 722, also known as "Jessica's Law" after similar legislation in Florida, was defeated in a 4-2 vote in the state Senate Public Safety Committee on Tuesday.

One provision of SB 722 appears to have doomed its passage. Some Central Valley Democratic lawmakers expressed reservations about the measure prohibiting registered child sex offenders from living near schools or parks. They asserted the provision would preclude sex offenders from living in urban area, in essence forcing them into less populated locations such as communities in the Central Valley.

Proponents of stricter release provisions for convicted child molestors are also seeking signatures for a proposed ballot initiative that would contain provisions similar to those in SB 722.

What happens in 25 years? If you really don't want these guys hurting children, give 25 years for the murder and castration for the rape. Actually, you better give them a life sentence, because with all that monitoring and such, they aren't going to be able to support themselves once out of prison and that leads right back into crime.

Why did they stop the age at under 12? Older kids need the protection too.

Do you see where this is headed? I can't believe I will be sitting here on scam.com pointing out the sh!t I predicted coming next month that I thought would take decades to devolve. In Vermont, you get just 60 days for raping children repeatedly for years...Judges like this, the fvcking satanic ACLU, must be stopped by WHATEVER means possible.

I think that there might be a way to prove that they actually have a political motivation, which would make them "no longer tax exempt". That would put quite a curb on their pro-bono work. We call it, using their own 'fought for' precendence againt them! Guaranteed, 99.9% of their contributors are "far-leftists" and by the cases they take, a case could be made that they are politically motivated. They are laywers, of course, so ocassionally they take the 'cross wearing teacher from Georgia' or 'the Rush Limbaugh friend of the court' positions, but these can be easily classified as subterfudge to mask their real goals. How hard could it be? Debunk these clowns!

So it was true. It said SOME, not all.

Where did they expect these people to live when they are let out? I did a google search and many many states are in favor. You have some serious issues there in California.
