    Gtc Group International Scam?

Here is a new twist, has anyone done any due diligence on this one yet? It is another free to register deal, no personal information, so has anyone registered yet?

    Re: Gtc Group International Scam?

C'mon now. Why would a family that had ONE BILLION dolars to invest go to a SMALL investment company? DUH. Never happen! Billionaires use the TOP NOTCH investment firms and there's never ANY need to recruit total strangers to help invest money! LMAO! Plus, try a Google search on the company -- no verifiable information to be found. Plus, use your head. What legit investment firm advertises on PTC sites looking for clients?!? And how difficult would it be for the family to find relatives & friends & friends of friends that were willing to help them share the wealth from this BS investment company? Really now. Do you REALLY believe that someone is going to hand you $24,000 for doing NOTHING? Any decent human being would find 5,000 POOR people to divide that money amongst if this were the least bit legitimate. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Read the part about sending them a copy of your passport! SCAM!!!!!!!!!

I find the part of the URL above that says "PIPS" amusing, so I'll leave it up.

Click on it and get the hell scammed out of you if you want to.

I just got an email about this GTC Group thing. Hadn't seen it before. Sure smells a lot like Juiceboosted to me. They'll get a ton of email addresses and personal info, then POOF! they're gone. LS

So basically they are running a campaign to collect email addresses and personal info for resale. I checked on their yahoo groups link and there are over 7000 people who've signed up. Maybe I'll spider that site and collect some emails of my own. Just kidding.

    Re: Gtc Group International Scam?

    Interesting,

Who would go to this length for email addresses? It would not make sense, and there was no collection of personal data to my knowledge, so who knows what the reasons were, probably just another kid playing games.
