    Tookies crime scene pics(adults only!)

You ever seen people after a shotgun blast hits them in the head? Did you know that tookie shot and killed four people? Did you know that tookie announced that he killed them because they were white and he was "killing all white people"? Did you know that tookie is the founder of the crips street gang, responsible for murder and mayhem across decades and this country? Did you know that tookie promised to have all the jurors killed after he was convicted, leaving them with nightmares for a lifetime?

Did you know that tookie is the darling of liberals today? That he is their absolute favorite convict? Of the many favorite convicts? Did you know that Arnold, having been emasculated by giggling liberals in California(the ones who managed to defeat parental notification for child abortion, defeated self-determination for political contributions by union workers, defeated a balanced budget requirement...we would now be able to marry animals if that had been on the ballot)now faces the threat of "riots" if he does not commute this creatures sentence?

I have some victim pics from these crime scenes...pretty gruesome. The very last people that matter to liberals are always the crime victims...you will be lucky to hear their names this week. Hear them NOW

Albert Owens, Yen-I Yang, Tsai-Shai Yang, Yee-Chen Lin

Each of these people had hopes, dreams, families...they had lives worth living. They weren't the kind of lives that liberals respect...-working hard trying to make a better life for their families-that just ain't cool. No, what IS cool to liberals is the utterly failed concepts of "reformation" and "rehabilitation". These are proven losers that they never tire of backing...somehow they feel they have evolved to a higher plane because they will slip and slide and sashay through the blood and tears of victims and their families if it means they can save one maggot from extinction.

    Owens' relative shares story
Says Hollywood's support of Tookie is a nightmare
    By Sandy Mazza Staff Writer

Albert Lewis Owens came to Whittier to start over.
Recently discharged from the Army and divorced from his wife, who retained custody of the couple's two daughters, he was ready for a new beginning, said his stepmother, Lora Owens.

Owens had visited Southern California as a child, and it was the first place he thought of when he decided the time was right for something new.

"The divorce was really traumatic. He wanted a new start," "He just thought, going out there, he might be able to get his life back together and make things go right again."

So Owens packed up and left Missouri, his parents, brothers, his ex-wife and his two kids for a place where he had no friends, no history and no job.

He settled in Whittier, for reasons still unknown to his stepmother, and found a job working the cash register counter at a 7-Eleven on Whittier Boulevard.

His goal was to save money and regain custody of daughters Rebecca and Andrea, said his stepmother.

Instead, the convenience store would prove to be the wrong place at the wrong time for Owens.

As the 26-year-old was sweeping the store's parking lot in the early morning of Feb. 28, 1979, four men went into the store. Owens followed them inside.

One of the men, Stanley Tookie Williams, pointed a shotgun at Owens and directed him to lie down on the floor of a walk-in refrigerator at the back of the store.

While his accomplices took $120 from the register, Williams chambered a round into his shotgun and fired into the security monitor.

He chambered a second round and fired it into Owens's back as he lay face down on the floor. Before leaving, he shot Owens again.

According to the accomplices-turned-witnesses, Owens begged for his life before being murdered. After shooting Owens, Williams joked about the gurgling sounds the young man made as he lay dying on the floor.

Eleven days later, Williams robbed the Brookhaven Motel on Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles, where he murdered live-in owners Yen-I Yang, 76, his wife, Tsai-Shai Yang, 63, and their daughter Yee-Chen Lin, 43.

Now, 26 years later, as a small army of supporters, led by a host of Hollywood celebrities and activists, works diligently to persuade Gov. Arnold Schwarzenneger to save Williams from a Dec. 13 execution, Lora Owens spends her days doing back-to-back media interviews.

She says she is giving her side of the Tookie Williams story - the Albert Owens story. Between her 60-hour a week job, and with little sleep, Lora Owens spends hours on the phone, talking to reporters from all over the world. She is surrounded by piles of notes and records about the case.

She pushes on with the help of her faith in God and her church, she said. The past year has been a nightmare, she said.

"At first, it was unbelievable," Owens said. "Then Hollywood decided to make a big production about it. I was like, `What? You're kidding?' Then, it became a nightmare."

She is determined that, amid the clamor for Williams' life, no one forgets the red-headed, freckle-faced boy with sparkling eyes who loved "Star Wars."

As a young man, on visits home from the Army, Albert would show off to his brothers, she recalled.

"His stepbrothers were young and he would do calisthetics," Lora said in a telephone interview. "He'd show them how he learned to do it one-handed. He was so proud to be in the military."

As a man, Lora mostly recalls Albert as a father who adored his daughters. Shortly before he was murdered, Owens had visited his daughters in Missouri. Lora remembers spending time at home with him and the family. Now, she said, his daughters barely remember their dad.

Charles Owens, Albert's father, who died in 1995, was devastated by his son's death, Lora said.

Charles often asked her to call attorneys and detectives in the case. Before Charles died, he had made a stark and lasting request of her: "You're not going to forget about Albert, are you?"

The Crimes of Stanley 'Tookie' Williams
    From Charles Montaldo,
    Nov 29 2005

The 7-Eleven Robbery-Murder of Albert Owens
On February 28, 1979, Stanley Williams murdered Albert Lewis Owens during a robbery of a 7-Eleven convenience store in Whittier, California. Here are the details of that crime from the The Los Angeles County District Attorney's response to Williams petition for executive clemency.
Late on the evening of February 27, 1979, Stanley 'Tookie' Williams introduced his friend Alfred Coward, a.k.a. "Blackie," to a man named Darryl. A short time later, Darryl, driving a brown station wagon, drove Williams to the residence of James Garrett. Coward followed in his 1969 Cadillac. (Trial Transcript (TT) 2095-2097). Stanley Williams often stayed at the Garrett residence and kept some of his belongings there, including his shotgun. (TT 1673, 1908).

At the Garrett residence, Williams went inside and returned carrying a twelve-gauge shotgun.

(TT 2097-2098). Darryl and Williams, with Coward following in his car, later drove to another residence, where they obtained a PCP-laced cigarette, which the three men shared.
Williams, Coward and Darryl then went to the residence of Tony Sims. (TT 2109). These four men then discussed where they could go in Pomona to make some money. (TT 2111). The four men then went to yet another residence where they smoked more PCP. (TT 2113-2116).

While at this location, Williams left the other men and returned with a .22 caliber handgun, which he also put in the station wagon. (TT 2117-2118). Williams then told Coward, Darryl and Sims they should go to Pomona. In response, Coward and Sims entered the Cadillac, Williams and Darryl entered the station wagon, and both cars traveled on the freeway toward Pomona. (TT 2118-2119).

The four men exited the freeway near Whittier Boulevard. (TT 2186). They drove to a Stop-N-Go market and, at Williams' direction, Darryl and Sims entered the store to commit a robbery. At the time, Darryl was armed with the .22 caliber handgun. (TT 2117-2218; Tony Sims' Parole Hearing Dated July 17, 1997).

    Johnny Garcia Escapes Death
The clerk at the Stop-N-Go market, Johnny Garcia, had just finished mopping the floor when he observed a station wagon and four black men at the door to the market. (TT 2046-2048). Two of the men entered the market. (TT 2048). One of the men went down an aisle while the other approached Garcia.
The man that approached Garcia asked for a cigarette. Garcia gave the man a cigarette and lit it for him. After approximately three to four minutes, both men left the market without carrying out the planned robbery. (TT 2049-2050).

    He Would Show Them How
Williams became upset that Darryl and Sims did not commit the robbery. Williams told the men that they would find another place to rob. Williams said that at the next location all of them would go inside and he would show them how to commit a robbery.
Coward and Sims then followed Williams and Darryl to the 7-Eleven market located at 10437 Whittier Boulevard. (TT 2186). The store clerk, twenty-six year old Albert Lewis Owens, was sweeping the store parking lot. (TT 2146).

    Albert Owens Killed
When Darryl and Sims entered the 7-Eleven, Owens put the broom and dust pan down and followed them into the store. Williams and Coward followed Owens into the store. (TT 2146-2152). As Darryl and Sims walked to the counter area to take money from the register, Williams walked behind Owens and told him "shut up and keep walking." (TT 2154). While pointing a shotgun at Owens' back, Williams directed him to a back storage room. (TT 2154).
Once inside the storage room, Williams, at gunpoint, ordered Owens to "lay down, mother f*****." Williams then chambered a round into the shotgun. Williams then fired the round into the security monitor. Williams then chambered a second round and fired the round into Owens' back as he lay face down on the floor of the storage room. Williams then fired again into Owens' back. (TT 2162).

    Near Contact Wound
Both of the shotgun wounds were fatal. (TT 2086). The pathologist who conducted the autopsy on Owens testified that the end of the barrel was "very close" to Owens' body when he was shot. One of the two wounds was described as ". . . a near contact wound." (TT 2078).
After Williams murdered Owens, he, Darryl, Coward and Sims fled in the two cars and returned home to Los Angeles. The robbery netted them approximately $120.00. (TT 2280).

    'Killing All White People'
Once back in Los Angeles, Williams asked if anyone wanted to get something to eat. When Sims asked Williams why he shot Owens, Williams said he "didn't want to leave any witnesses." Williams also said he killed Owens "because he was white and he was killing all white people." (TT 2189, 2193).
Later that same day, Williams bragged to his brother Wayne about killing Owens. Williams said, "you should have heard the way he sounded when I shot him." Williams then made gurgling or growling noises and laughed hysterically about Owens' death. (TT 2195-2197).

    Next: The Brookhaven Robbery-Murders

The Brookhaven Robbery-Murders of the Yang Family
On March 11, 1979, Stanley 'Tookie' Williams murdered three members of the Yang family at their motel in Los Angeles. Here are the details of that crime from the The Los Angeles County District Attorney's response to Williams petition for executive clemency.
At approximately 5:00 a.m. on March 11, 1979, Stanley Williams entered the Brookhaven Motel at 10411 South Vermont Avenue. (Trial Ttranscript (TT) 1411). After entering the public lobby area, Williams broke down the door that led to the private office.

Once inside the private office, Williams, using his shotgun, killed seventy-six year old Yen-I Yang; Williams also killed Yang's wife, sixty-three year old Tsai-Shai Yang; lastly, Williams killed Yang's daughter, forty-three year old Yee-Chen Lin. Williams then removed the currency from the cash register and fled the location.

Robert Yang was asleep with his wife in their bedroom at the Brookhaven Motel when he was awakened by the sound of somebody breaking down the door to the motel's office. This sound was immediately followed by the sound of his mother or sister screaming, followed by gun shots. (TT 1409, 1411, 1433).

    Son Finds Family Shot
When Robert entered the motel office he found his mother, his sister, and his father had all been shot. (TT 1412-1413). Robert observed that the cash register was open and money was missing. (TT 1414). It was later determined that the robbery of the Brookhaven Motel and the murder of the three members of the Yang family netted Stanley Williams approximately $100.
Robert Yang called 9-1-1. Two deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department arrived within approximately ten minutes. (TT 1416). When the deputies entered the motel they noticed a strong odor of gun powder. (TT 1500). The deputies observed that the door leading from the public entrance into Yang's private living quarters had been forced open and the doorjamb was split open and the woodwork was torn away from the doorjamb. (TT 1508).

    Gasping For Air
As they entered, they saw Yen-I Yang lying on a sofa. He was "soaked with blood," "gasping for air, and making gurgling noises." (TT 1501). They also saw the bloodied body of Tsai-Shai Yang. She was making "gurgling noises" and "gasping for air," with "her knees drawn up under her, and her face down on the floor," as if she had been forced to bow down before being killed. (TT 1502). Lastly, the deputies found the body of Yee-Chen Lin lying on the hallway floor.
According to the forensic pathologist, Yen-I Yang suffered two shotgun wounds. One shotgun wound was to his left arm and abdomen. This wound shredded Yen-I's left arm, fractured his ribs, and shattered his spleen, right kidney, bowel and large vessels. The other shotgun wound was to the lower left chest. This wound also fractured ribs and shattered the spleen, right kidney, bowel and large vessels.

    Evidence Found at Scene
Moreover, a plastic shotgun shot container and associated wadding were recovered from the base of Yen-I's liver. The pathologist further explained that both of the Yen-I Yang's wounds were inflicted when the end of the muzzle was only feet from Yen-I's body. Despite the severity of these wounds, Yen-I clung to life. He was transported from the scene by paramedics to Daniel Freeman Hospital where he died at 6:53 a.m.
Yee-Chen Lin was shot once in the upper left face area at a distance of a few feet. Despite the truly horrific nature of the wound Stanley Williams inflicted upon her, Yee-Chen also clung to life. She was transported from the scene by paramedics to Centinela Hospital where she died at 7:36 a.m.

    Shot at Close Range
Tsai-Shai was shot twice at close range. The pathologist explained that one shotgun wound was to the coccyx or tail bone. Based on the physical characteristics of the wound and the fact that wadding, along with the plastic shot container, were recovered just beneath the skin of this wound, the muzzle of the gun must have been just inches from her body when she was shot and killed. (TT 1453).
The other shotgun wound was to the anterior abdomen with the charge entering at the naval. At trial, the pathologist testified that the muzzle of the gun was a few feet from Tsai-Shai's body when the shot that caused this wound was fired. (TT 1454).

Re: Tookies crime scene pics(adults only!)

From the BOSTON GLOBE(you heard me):

STANLEY ''TOOKIE" Williams is scheduled to die by lethal injection in California's San Quentin prison next Tuesday. His death will occur nearly 27 years after he brutally murdered Albert Owens, a 7-Eleven clerk in Whittier, Calif., and three members of the Yang family -- Yen-I Yang, Tsai-Shai Yang, and their daughter, Yee-Chen Lin -- at the Brookhaven Motel in Los Angeles.

Unlike the peaceful, painless demise awaiting Williams, the deaths of his victims were horrific: He shot each of them at close range with a 12-gauge shotgun, shattering their bodies so that they died in agony. Their suffering amused him. ''You should have heard the way he sounded when I shot him," Williams bragged after killing Albert Owens. According to the district attorney's summary of the evidence, ''Williams then made gurgling or growling noises and laughed hysterically about Owens's death."

As cofounder of the deadly Crips street gang in 1971, Williams's criminal legacy goes well beyond the four murders for which he was convicted. The gang violence he unleashed 34 years ago has destroyed thousands of lives and left countless other victims scarred by rape, assault, and armed robbery. Though he now claims to have reformed and has written books with an antigang message, he has never admitted his guilt or expressed any remorse for the slaughter of Albert Owens and the Yang family. If his supposed contrition amounts to anything more than lip service, he has yet to prove it. Williams adamantly refuses to be debriefed by police about the Crips and their operations or to provide any information that could help bring other killers to justice. In fact, officials at San Quentin have said he continues to orchestrate gang activity from behind bars.

Incredibly, this thug is the object of the left's latest craze. For many anti-death penalty fundamentalists, it is not enough to oppose the execution of a savage killer -- the killer must be extolled as a noble soul whose death would be a loss for humanity. Thus Hollywood has honored Williams with a made-for-TV movie. The media have weighed in with sympathetic stories. A slew of celebrities, including such moral giants as Tom Hayden and Snoop Dogg, are clamoring for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to grant clemency and spare Williams's life. And all but forgotten amid this orgy of adulation are the victims Williams so cruelly murdered nearly three decades ago.

What is it that makes victims so easy to forget? When Kenneth Boyd was executed in North Carolina last week, it was reported everywhere that he was the 1,000th murderer to be put to death since the resumption of capital punishment in 1976. But how many stories devoted more than a passing mention to the two people Boyd sent to early graves -- his estranged wife, Julie Curry Boyd, and her father, Thomas Curry? Why doesn't the media's round-number fetish extend to the victims of homicide as well as the perpetrators? If the 1,000th execution made headlines, why didn't the 1,000th murder? Or the 10,000th? Or the 100,000th?

Actually there have been close to 600,000 homicides in the United States since 1976, and the total climbs by roughly 15,000 each year. Where is the uproar over those round numbers? Where are the protests, the petitions, the Hollywood rallies aimed at stopping those deaths? I understand that some people think capital punishment is wrong as a matter of principle. What I cannot understand is how anyone can be more outraged by the lawful execution each year of a few dozen murderers than by the annual slaughter of thousands of victims at the hands of such murderers.

Opponents of capital punishment make much of the theoretical possibility that an innocent defendant might be killed. What they never acknowledge is that the abolition of capital punishment guarantees that innocent victims will die. That isn't only because executing murderers has a powerful deterrent effect, as a number of recent studies confirm. It is also because prison bars can't keep some killers from killing again.

In its latest roundup of death penalty statistics, ''Capital Punishment, 2004," the federal Bureau of Justice Statistics notes that at least 101 murderers now on death row were already in prison when they murdered their victims; at least 44 others were prison escapees. Lock-'em-up-and-throw-away-the-key may sound appealing. But some murderers will always escape and murder again. Others will kill in prison.

Ultimately, the case for putting murderers like Williams and Boyd to death isn't just a practical one, strong though the practical arguments are. It is also a moral one. When the state executes a murderer, it is making a statement about the demands of justice and the sanctity of human life -- a statement as old as Genesis, and as essential as ever

While I do believe that most muders deserve the death penalty, I find it ironic that this man will die for four murders and someone like Gravano who admitted to fifteen murders is allowed to live. It's amazing how you can compare the gravel of justice depending on the color of skin or financial status one is. I thought justice was suppose to be equal for all.

Try to understand that this has NOTHING to do with tookie. It has nothing to do with black, white or even green. This is ONLY about the sickening need of some liberals to feel morally superior to others.

    Hi PWRone,

Does it matter that Stanley Williams says he did not kill these people??

I have searched the Internet, trying to find what was the evidence, and some kind of trial transcript. I know the trial transcript will be hundreds and hundreds of pages long, but it would be nice to read the prosecution's case and the rebuttal from the defense side.

It would be nice to read why Mr. Williams continues to claim his innocence, don't you think??

Why does Williams deny culpability in the crimes? Where do you think the
ethic of honesty resides in a human being like this?
Walk into any prison and ask all the convicts, at large, all of you raise
your hand that are in here wrongly convicted.
The majority will raise their hand. There are a few that wont, because they
are sick of theirself in their own being and accept their punishment. Some
have even insisted they deserve to be executed. SOme wont because they
are innocent, at least of the crime they are convicted for that caused them
to be imprisoned. But I have wondered, how many of these are totally
innocent and truly a victim of circumstances, versus being of a
criminal nature and their conduct and participation in other criminal
activity has gotten them noticed in this regards, as well.
Especially someone like Williams that now feels the hand of the executioner
at his back. He's ready to be a christian, write kids books and tell people to
    not to commit crimes.
What would he be doing if he was still on the street?
Also, there are individuals in this society that have no feeling, sympathy
or compassion for crime victims. As long it isn't them they are indifferent
and impersonal and most often think it is okay that the criminals are
    left unpunished.
Leave race out of it. That is a sore old horse to ride. Some people come back
to that all the time. The law is trying every day to determine who the
criminals really are, arrest and prosecute them. Some get preferential trat-
ment over others, all along the way. I wont go into that part of the
    situation.
Anyhow, Williams should get the death penalty as rescribed by the
state of California. I would feel the same if it was one of my realtives
that commited such atrocities on another human being.
Life is full of enough tribulations without having brutes running loose on
    the street to contend with.
Pwrone: you distort you message, position by your rants on liberals and
leftist. Most individuals leave their politics out of ordinary every day
life. After voting at the polls, it's over. Except for fanatics and extremists
of ALL factions. I don't recall ever knowing that one single baby child that
was born into this world that had any sort of a particular label obvious anywhere on their person.

    Hi Pwrone,

What will you think if the California Govenor, commutes Stanley William's death sentence?

Or, if Mr. Williams is excecuted, do you think there will be riots?

I will know that first his spirit was broken by scum. Having never tasted defeat in his life, his grand and aggressive plan combining conservative and liberal policies was defeated by those who hate everything about their world, (and would do ANYTHING just to win something), he simply gave up and gave in, losing the rest of his supporters in the process. If there are riots, they would be the worst kind of criminals, just waiting and hoping for an opportunity to burn stuff. There is no real social issue here...just something to do. Regular normal people, of any color, do not care at all about this scumbag. The people who do are as far from regular and normal as one can get. mike farrell has never stood up for a victim in his life...in fact, it was the essential weakness in him--leaking out into his acting--that killed the most successful TV show of all time.

Regular normal people, of any color, do not care at all about this scumbag. The people who do are as far from regular and normal as one can get. mike farrell has never stood up for a victim in his life...in fact, it was the essential weakness in him--leaking out into his acting--that killed the most successful TV show of all time.

    HI Pwrone,

I think this whole Stanley Williams business, has unhinged your mind. I have no idea what this means, and I am not being sarcastic or flippant. I am really puzzled.

Just taking some shots at farrell. No big deal. Arnold has given up...soon we will find out to what extent.

The votes 'against all that is good and just and fair' that recently were cast
in California were enough to unhinge a person.

It's pretty hard to follow tortured logic like that. The point of this essay is, finally, to declare "Life is sacred, so we must kill". There is nothing new about the use of sophistry to twist an argument inside out in an attempt to manufacture a biased rationale. That goes back to Genesis as well. Those who claim to occupy the moral "high ground" always, in reality, have a temporal agenda to sell, not morality for it's own sake or it's own purpose. This is why the phony proselytizing of the loony hypocrites in the Monkey right are so aggravating. They claim to worship the "Prince of Peace" but are, obviously, more devoted to making war. They claim to revere life, but have no problem snuffing it out when provided with the most tenuous evidence to support their lust for vengeance. The author of this screed is no different.

In the end, the imposition of death on the accused says little or nothing about the condemned. But it speaks volumes about us. And, clearly, we haven't really progressed very far since the days of Genesis.

It's still like the old saying: Kill a few, and you're a monster. Kill thousands and you're a national hero.
