I know the last post in here was long ago, but I signed up for stamps.com yesterday. I called this morning (20-30 minutes after they opened) and had no wait time. I got a woman that was very friendly and, though I had to tell her 4-5 times that I wanted to close it after each sale speech, she did just that. I got an email confirmation and a final statement both while still on the phone, and she assured that access to the account was no longer possible. I also got a call confirmation number, and everything seemed like it worked well for me. I'm sorry to see others had problems. All in all, this company seems like a hit or miss on customer service.
