    Likely just the owner trying to make money. I wouldn't expect it to last much longer. The website they link to, erasemugshots.com, has been knocked offline since the links started appearing. Appears that the website did not adjust their hosting plan to accommodate the extra traffic. LoL.

    downforeveryoneorjustme.com/erasemugshots.com shows that website to be down as well.

    Besides, this company appears to be located in Florida and a new law goes into effect on 1JUL2018 that will likely have a rather negative impact on this companies business model. LoL.

    At least a dozen States have passed laws about these kinda websites in the last 3-5 years. The laws mainly focus around the removal of the booking pics due to people being found innocent/not guilty or if the charges were later dropped. Note that these type of websites are posting booking arrest photos. These websites generally do not bother to check if said people were ever convicted. This, of course, makes these websites information somewhat useless for background checks and such.

    Another related website's owners were just arrested and charged two days ago;

    LoL,
    Just noticed that the headers ('Mugshots' and 'Recent Arrests') here no longer work either.

    Those headers were both working yesterday.

    A situation like this should be treated with the utmost seriousness. This is not a joke. If you click on a suspicious link, then your whole system might get infected, even your G Suite. If you don't want it to happen, then I recommend you to read this article about ransomware recovery in G Suite. I believe that it will be very beneficial to you.
