IF ? Chabad got as big as Christianity

It seems like Chabad out of all the branches of Judaism not only reaches out to Jews but as many gentiles as possible, they have an entire website dedicated to learning about their culture and seem to be the most "friendly" branch of Judaism in terms of the outlook they are trying to present themselves. If Chabad got as big as Christianity, how would all the new Jews affect Judaism as a culture? How would the original Jews see their place in the world? Would Chabad become its own things like Christianity separate from Judaism?

There are people who claim to have actually seen and talked to him. Some have just "sensed his presence" in a vague way. Of course, there are also people who have seen Elvis.

This is a good joke, but in all seriousness there are many Chabadniks who do not believe this. It's not at all essential to their belief system, and Chabad long predated Schneerson.

I was raised Chabad (in the United States, if it makes any difference,) but not messianic Chabad. Of course we learned about the Rebbe but we were very much taught about the coming moschiach and were taught Messianic “Judaism” of any sort was heretical and not legitimate. I always felt like the messianic Chabadniks were in Brooklyn, maybe their movement died out for the most part in the nineties?

I think the closest that Chabad gets to trying to convert non-Jews is to get them to follow the Noahide laws.

Judging by the Na -Nach - Nachma - Nachman from Uman graffiti, and the proportion of Breslover disco vans to Chabad mitzvah tanks, the Breslovers look bigger than Chabad in Israel. On the other hand, Breslovers strive for visibility.
