Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Review

My mother has been at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital for approximately 6weeks. In the beginning the nurses and assistance were very helpful and nice. However as the weeks went on, the attitudes began to change my Mother had two encounters with the staff, my mother was placed at Magee for a brain injury. One of the nurses said something extremely inappropriate to her, as well as a nursing assistant who was over heard having a nasty back and fourth conversation with my Mother. Both encounters were reported no one did anything, no one contacted me or assured my mother that everything was handled. My mother began to feel unsafe and not nothing if someone was going to retaliate throughout her stay. I am truly dissatisfied with the service and the lack of professionalism that was displayed at this hospital. I pray that she never has to go back.
