Since I realized there are two users in this thread that are probably government shills, i think maybe people should take note that they selectively take quite a bit of information out of context to conveniently fit their efforts to smear Gorcyca. For example in this link http://2006bruce.blogspot.ca/ they only take out two pages and leave out the text explaining how and why the author got the first name of PM Steven Harper wrong. They also only published the first and last pages of the letter and those that take the time to read all 4 or 5 pages will see why they deliberately left them out. (not convenient for their argument).

Also, since they brought up the Barry Seal murder, those that read Gorcyca's book manuscripts that were leaked on WorldLawDirect.com will see that Gorcyca interviewed a federal prisoner named Jesus Garcia in Miami when they were in adjoining solitary confinement cells and then again over a 6 month period they were friends. Jesus Garcia was represented by a lawyer named John Mattes who according to a Congressional investigator named Ralph Maestri received death threats. Garcia was a pro-CIA Cuban whose dad was at the Bay of pigs. Jesus Garcia was also the guy asked to obtain unregistered machine guns for the three Colombians hired by the CIA to take out Seals after Barry threatened to expose George Bush Sr. when the IRS came after Seals for taxes and Bush refused to call off the dogs. Daniel Hopsicker and other already documented that Bush & Seals were business partners and after he died, George W. kept and flew Seals Beaechcraft King Air airplane - just stole it basically. Most people know Gorcyca worked for the IRS in Miami with a security clearance and had access to IRS and NCIC records.

Gorcyca wrote in his book that Garcia gave sworn statements to Maerstri and the Courts that he did in fact buy the guns from the owner of Tamiami gun shop Jose Coutin and tried to deliver them to CIA station chief Felix Rodriguez who referred him to a third party that was identified in Gorcyca's book as yet another guy who wound up murdered. Although the court records on Garcia's case have been sealed, Gorcyca wrote "For the sake of his family's safety and his own life, Garcia opted to take the convenient deal presented to him in exchange for his silence. Instead of the 10 years he was facing Garcia was given a 5-year sentence and released in 24 months. After his release he told me he could no longer talk about the matter due to a gag order he agreed to." Gorcyca wrote in his books that he worked in the prison law library as a volunteer and because he is fluently bilingual, helped Garcia and about 2 dozen other prisoners type up their written statements for Maetri, lawyers, and even Senator investgator Jack Blum.

The below links pretty much confirm Gorcyca knew what he was talking about and prison records at MCC Miami according to two private investigators show that Gorcyca and Garcia were at MCC Miami during the same period of time and both were visited by Congressional investigator Ralph Maestri along with Iran Contra players/pilots George Morales (murdered), Mike Tolliver (missing) and Gary Betzner (missing). Both Morales and Betzner testified to John Kerry's committee on the Iran Contra scandal and they were 2 of the 3 witnesses who testified in closed-door sessions after their public testimony started leading to Oliver North and George Bush. I also do not think it is any coincidence that Juan David Morgan (the owner of Morgan & Morgan Panama Banks and Morymor Trust) is cousins with Ed Chism and former lover of Chism's wife Teresita Tapia (when she was single). Terry Chism worked as the personal secretary and banker for Noriega and also did the translations when Bush and North came to visit. This information can be found in the archives of Panama newspapers and was confirmed by a guy named Carlos Castillo and a Venezuelan named Milton Bello whose father was a Senator in Venezuela and worked for the CIA as Gorcyca also wrote about in his book. AFG once tried to recruit Chavez as a partner since 30% of AFG's clients came from Venezuela and were diplomats and dirty politicians with money to wash as Gorcyca explained in his book.

I also do not think it is a coincidence that Bello's family friend Fecerico Moreno is appointed to the federal bench is assigned to handle the messy American Financial Group case that the FBI wanted to prosecute as a criminal matter but the DoJ took it away from them and gave it to the SEC to "clean up the mess" as a civil matter. Moreno then even made sure that Chism could not be subpoenaed by Congressional investigators by sending him to Panama where he could not be extradited nor subpoenaed! He even let Chins collect his $60,000 annual DoJ pension despite his felony conviction and he only returned about $1 million of the $87 million that just "vanished" without a single Treasury agent tasked to trace the money. Gorcyca says in his book that he offered to show the SEC where to find the money offshore but they refused to have a meeting if any lawyers were present! So convenient heh? Here is Bello's Venezuela friend Judge Federico Moreno below and "coincidentally" Moreno also had an account at Morgan & Morgan which he does not deny. It may be closed now, but Gorcyca said he gave all the account info to the FBI to an agent named Maury Berthon, who was taken of the case in Miami and transferred to New Orleans. Although it was Jeb Bush and his business partner, retired corrupt FBI agent Terry Nelson that arranged to have my book manuscripts seized at gunpoint by FBI agents without a court order, it is now just one chapter that needs to be shared with the black voters of America, so they are not fooled by Hillary's artificial charm... In a few more days it would be the two year anniversary of Al Chalem’s gruesome murder, and over a year since the New Jersey Russian Michael Vax unexpectedly knocked on my door in Canada. I was still alive, and after speaking with MP Paul Szabo, I was growing cautiously confident that I might continue to live safely with my family in Canada. Rhana Khan at the UNHRC said she received my letter and was trying to track down my refugee claim, but it wasn’t “where it is supposed to be.” Nancy Cameron at Amnesty International was trying to arrange a meeting, but she said there was some resistance at the head office in Canada because I was an American citizen and there were “budgeting issues”, she would explain to me when we would meet.

But why wasn’t the FBI Director and the Senators responding to my letters dated September 15, 2001? Maury had promised someone would be in touch with me “soon” but what did “soon” mean? Besides, Maury now worked out of the New Orleans field office but he said he spoke with the “right people” in Washington, and he vouched for my credibility. Surely they would have to be interested in the Saudis, and I could prove the AFG connection with Dr. Erling Pederson, Mark McCormick, and his mother Nucia and his younger brother Jeff, the Southern Bell telephone bills, as well as the AFG secretaries Ana and Kimberly. But FBI agent Tom Doktor, who was still stationed in Buffalo, would only say “I am not allowed to speak with you any more since SA Marley took over the matter.” John Marley was one of the four agents who came to visit me in Toronto back in January. Marley had impressed me with his professionalism, and he seemed to know the real score. He was introduced to me as the lead agent on the case. We both agreed on who killed Chalem but he said he was not allowed to discuss nor explain why the triggerman was not yet arrested despite more probable cause that they needed for even the least astute judge in America. After all, they had the entire murder and the conversation leading up to it on tape since Chalem, their Wall Street informant was wired as was his home.

After two weeks had passed with no reply from Senators Biden nor Clinton, I just assumed neither of them wanted to involve themselves in what could easily become a national scandal some day. The truthers were picking up steam and credibility with new evidence of a controlled demolition, and discrepancies on the WTC7 building collapse were mounting. Me now suggesting the Saudis may have bank-rolled the latest Pearl Harbor, would not be very convenient for the government. But then I figured I had nothing to lose by giving them a follow-up call and just ask them directly if they could help me, and if they could, would they actually do so.

I am not exaggerating when I tell you that it is easier to get a call through to Santa Claus at the North Pole than to get a call through with a sitting Senator. Talking with an aide is no problem, but even getting the executive assistant to pick up a call is mission impossible. But getting through to Biden’s staff was quite easy. But of course I was told a call with Senator Biden himself was not possible and I was asked to relay my needs to a staffer who would take my information and see if he could help.

But as soon as gave him my name, he asked me to spell it and I did. He then asked me the nature of my call and when I replied that I was following up to previous correspondence, he stopped me and asked me the date of the correspondence and what was the subject matter. I gave him the date and told him an assortment of government crimes and corruption. He told me to hold and he would transfer me to the “Chief of correspondence” I was put on hold.

That hold seemed like an eternity but maybe was only about four or five minutes, when he came back on the line and asked me “Are you a federal employee?” I replied that I used to work for the U.S. Justice and U.S. Treasury Departments, but not anymore. “Okay” was all he said and back on hold I went!

After a few more minutes a lady came on the line and I cannot for the life or me remember her name, but she was very professional and mature and told me the following “The Senator has received your package and reviewed the material you sent. He has made an inquiry to the FBI and we are awaiting their reply. But in cases like these, we usually do not interfere with FBI investigations and we see your lawyer was communicating directly with the FBI Director.” “So what are you telling me?” I asked. She replied, I’m telling you that it is probably best that we both wait for a reply from the FBI, and then we can revisit the matter if there is any problems or discrepancy with their reply.” That sounded like a logical and acceptable answer, so I thanked the woman for her time and I jotted down her name and the time and date we spoke on a post-it note. In short I was satisfied that the matter was being handled professionally by Senator Biden’s office.

I expected to get a similar answer from Senator Clinton’s office and was quite surprised when I did not. It seems that whoever contacts Senator Clinton’s office will automatically become part of their fund-raising database within an hour of making contact with any of their offices. When I called her Washington Office, I was asked if I would like to make a contribution or volunteer my time to “help Hillary as a volunteer”. Even though I stated that I was calling to solve a serious problem, I continued to get a sales job, until I very directly said, “I am following up about my correspondence.” Then I was just told that I should just “be patient and wait for a written reply, because Senator Clinton will answer your letter, sooner or later, but that she was very busy at this time.”. I then asked who her chief of staff or executive assistant was, and was bluntly told “Sir, you do not need that information. Just be patient and you will get a reply.” I concluded that had I said I was interested in making a contribution, that woman would have been more cooperative and helpful. But I decided I would give the New York office a call, and pretend I was interested in making a campaign donation, and would use that pretense to find out the name of her top aide, and then shift the subject of the call over to the letter and tapes I sent the Senator.

So when I called Senator Clinton’s New York office, the call went much quicker and smoothly and people seemed a lot more “friendly” after I said I was contemplating a $500,000 campaign pledge, because I was concerned about “global warming.” At least the last half of my statement was true. As for the $500,000 donation, that was completely false and if I had that $500,000, giving it away to a politician would not even be on my “possible” list.

Apparently it is SOP to not say where a Senator can be reached by phone, because I was told that Mrs. Clinton was not in the office and that one of her top aides would reach out to her and get back to me “soon”, They asked for my telephone number and this posed a bit of a problem for me since I knew my mobile and home number was being monitored by the feds and I could not hand out at Tim Horton’s all day waiting for the pat phone to ring … or could I? I guess I could wait a few more hours since I had nothing planned for the balance of the afternoon. So I gave them the telephone number outside the wash-roo of the Tim Hortons on the Mississauga Road QEW exit. In fact I gave them both numbers since there were two phone on the wall. They said it might be an hour or two, but either the Senator or Debbie would be calling me back.

So I sat my ass down with a cup of Tim’s best and picked a Toronto Star newspaper someone had left at the table nearest to the washrooms and awaited the call-back from Senator Clinton’s office. Two hours passed and those phones never rang even once. One young girl who bought $10 of quarters at the counter hogged up one of the phones for an hour arguing with someone, but I was not too worried since I had given Clinton’s staffer both numbers, “in case one line was busy”. But still, another hour passed and I would have to go pick up my son from school. As I stood up, it suddenly dawned on me that maybe not all the pay phones in Canada could receive incoming phone calls. So I decided that I would check by calling the numbers from my mobile. Shit! I was angry at myself for not checking as I received the recorded message “We’re sorry you have reached a number that does not accept incoming calls”.

I immediately grabbed my calling card, and placed another call to Clinton’s New York office but this time another person had answered the phone, and she told me she was the “last one in the office” since everyone else had left to attend some activity. I explained who I was and that I had left the “wrong telephone” number, and would have to call back in the following day for Senator Clinton, or “Debbie”. At that point I was told that “Debbie” would not be there because she was “in Florida”. I replied that I would call back in morning as I heard the tone of the phone I had a minute left on my calling card.

The next day after I dropped my son off at school I went to see my Polish friend Mario to find myself a burner phone and he gave me the number of some Russian friend of his and within an hour we met in another coffee shop right next to the Port Credit bridge and for $500 I had an old Nokia phone with an unregistered chip inside. After Chalem had his brains blown out in Jersey and those threatening phone calls followed my wife and I no matter where we went, I guess I grew overly “concerned” about being monitored and tracked . I knew the cell phones could be tracked by GPS so unless I was actually calling the FBI or RCMP people I would be sure to drive at least 50 kilometers away to make any sensitive calls on my mobile, but after a while that became inconvenient, so I just bought a bunch of calling cards from different vendors at a Pakistani convenience store on Dundas Street.

I made my call to Clinton’s office and discovered that “Debbie” did in fact try to call me back yesterday but “had difficulties getting through”. I gave them my new 647 number in Toronto where I told them I was “visiting on business for a few days”. They assured me I would hear from Debbie later in the day. Sure enough, I did get a call from a 954 area code which I recognized to be a Broward County telephone prefix. Debbie introduced herself and immediately she focused in on my “contribution”, and asked me if I needed a receipt or if I wanted to make it in cash. I told her that the method of payment was not an issue for me and redirected the conversation to my “legal problems” and I said that I needed to speak with Hillary about the five page letter I sent her. Debbie said that she was not aware of any letter but would tell the Senator I needed to speak with her. At that point Debbie asked me what I did for a living. I immediately recalled my 1997 meeting with Bill Clinton in Miami and how they had me in their database wrongly pegged as a “fund manager” so I ran with that to Debbie. She suddenly asked me if I played golf and I responded “I do but some of my friends disagree”. She immediately replied that she had some VIP passes for Doral Country Club in Miami she would send me as a gift and she asked where to send them? I recognized this to be an old sales trick to get an address of a prospect to do a little background research on them. I gave her my old Brickell Key address since it would satisfy her curiosity.

Finally Debbie finished up the call by explaining how busy Senator Clinton was and about some legislation that was consuming her time and that she returned most of her calls in the evening or on weekends so she could not guarantee a fixed time for a conference call but I should expect a call back in two or three days. I agreed that was fine and the call came to an end.

Two nights later I was watching an NFL football game on the tube when I heard the goofy ring on the burner phone. The timing was horrible because the game was intense with only a 3 point spread and I could win or lose $100 on the next play. But of course, my life also had priorities, more than most people so I grabbed the phone. It was Debbie, and she told me one of her people were now trying to patch a call through to me from Senator Clinton and I should stand by for the call. That was not a problem for me. I waited, and waited. As I did Baltimore scored and I won my $100. I was in a good mood when the phone finally rang again. “Hello, this is Hillary Clinton, I understand you had something important to discuss with me? I said hello of course but I assumed she already knew who I was and had been prepped on my call. “Yes Senator, did you get my letter about Jeb Bush, Jack Goldberg, and the Saudis? The Senator must have heard some words that she didn’t want to hear and erupted on me like a volcano “Does this have anything to do with that nigger Wayne, because if it does…” Someone on her end stopped her in mid sentence, and I could hear them tell the Senator “You took the wrong call, this is the fund manager from Miami who wants to make the $500K donation”. There was an awkward silence on the phone as I was thoroughly thrown for a loop. I did have a friend named Wayne who promoted Thugs, Bones, and Harmony, and he was a black guy from Cleveland, but he could not possibly have any dealings with any Senator. I remained silent as Senator Clinton apologized for picking up “the wrong line”. The Wayne coincidence was strange but now I wonder which “Wayne” she was talking about. Did she say “Dwayne” and I simply misunderstood? Since it was the wrong call, I guess it doesn’t matter.

I explained the reason I was trying to reach her concerning the letter I previously sent her and was asked to “refresh my memory”. But as soon as I mentioned the video tape of FBI agent Terry Nelson and the audio tape of FBI agent Maury Berthon, she recalled my letter with “Oh yes, that letter… “ and then told me “There are solutions for every problem, but some problems are more complicated than others and cannot be solved in telephone conversations.” I agreed with her. She then said, “Your problem requires some specialized legal work and you need to speak with Debbie and only Debbie about this, do you understand?” she asked. “Of course.” I answered. “And she can handle your donation as well.” she added. “I am grateful for your generosity, but there is no need for you to call me again – deal only with Debbie.” This was a command and not a question. As soon as I agreed, Senator Clinton said “Great, I have to take another call now so hook up with Debbie and she will keep me posted. Good by now”. She hung up before I could even say Good-bye. The entire call took less than five minutes.

To be very honest, I know very well who “Debbie Wasserman” is today, but until last year, I could only recall that Debbie’s last name began with a W and had two “s” in her name and was a Jewsih family name. In fact until last year, if you would have asked me to independently recall Debbie’s name’s as I was asked to do by Rick, I would have given you the same answer I gave Rick a few years ago when he came to see me in Beijing. I told him, “I think her last name is “Weiss”. I recall that it was a Jewish name that began with a W and has two “s”s in it. So maybe “Weiss”, “Weissman”, or “Weissberg”, is what I told Rick a few years ago.

But last year as I was trying to nap on my sofa, I had the television on and some CNN news clips were being played on CCTV. I was not paying much attention until I heard a voice that sounded very familiar to me. The more I tuned into that voice, the more sure I was that I knew the person, or at least spoke with them before. Finally my curiosity got the best of me and I sat up on the sofa and focused on the lady speaking on TV. Her name was “Debbie Wasserman” and she was announcing the rules of some debates I was not even following yet. As I continued to watch, I realized within a few minutes that this is the same woman probably I spoke with on the phone back in 2001 who wanted me to hire her lawyer friend in New York for $500,000. The lawyer she said would “make all your legal problems go away.” His name was also Jewish and was either “Levi”, “Levin” or “Levine”. It didn’t matter then nor now, because I did not have the $500K to buy my freedom – then or now. Funny how some fortunate Americans can buy justice, and the rest of us must beg for it. On second thought, I guess that is not funny at all, and upon reflection, is probably the real reason I decided to rewrite this book."

In closing, I hope you all realize that this incident took place many long years before Hillary every even suggested she would run for president, and those who know me and served with me in the military know I am not a racist myself. I have a mixed marriage that is now going on 18 years. I just cannot sit silently and allow such an evil and unstable person become the leader of our nation at such a critical point in history. And no, I do not recommend Donald Trump who also has a racist streak of another flavor in him. There are much better alternatives like Jill Stein, Bernie Sanders, and Gary Johnson.

Since I realized there are two users in this thread that are probably government shills, i think maybe people should take note that they selectively take quite a bit of information out of context to conveniently fit their efforts to smear Gorcyca. They also only published the first and last pages of the letter and those that take the time to read all 4 or 5 pages will see why they deliberately left them out. Also, since they brought up the Barry Seal murder, those that read Gorcyca's book manuscripts that were leaked on WorldLawDirect.com will see that Gorcyca interviewed a federal prisoner named Jesus Garcia in Miami when they were in adjoining solitary confinement cells and then again over a 6 month period they were friends. Jesus Garcia was represented by a lawyer named John Mattes who according to a Congressional investigator named Ralph Maestri received death threats. Garcia was a pro-CIA Cuban whose dad was at the Bay of pigs. Jesus Garcia was also the guy asked to obtain unregistered machine guns for the three Colombians hired by the CIA to take out Seals after Barry threatened to expose George Bush Sr. when the IRS came after Seals for taxes and Bush refused to call off the dogs. Daniel Hopsicker and other already documented that Bush & Seals were business partners and after he died, George W. kept and flew Seals Beaechcraft King Air airplane - just stole it basically. Most people know Gorcyca worked for the IRS in Miami with a security clearance and had access to IRS and NCIC records.

Gorcyca wrote in his book that Garcia gave sworn statements to Maerstri and the Courts that he did in fact buy the guns from the owner of Tamiami gun shop Jose Coutin and tried to deliver them to CIA station chief Felix Rodriguez who referred him to a third party that was identified in Gorcyca's book as yet another guy who wound up murdered. Although the court records on Garcia's case have been sealed, Gorcyca wrote "For the sake of his family's safety and his own life, Garcia opted to take the convenient deal presented to him in exchange for his silence. Instead of the 10 years he was facing Garcia was given a 5-year sentence and released in 24 months. After his release he told me he could no longer talk about the matter due to a gag order he agreed to." Gorcyca wrote in his books that he worked in the prison law library as a volunteer and because he is fluently bilingual, helped Garcia and about 2 dozen other prisoners type up their written statements for Maetri, lawyers, and even Senator investgator Jack Blum.

The below links pretty much confirm Gorcyca knew what he was talking about and prison records at MCC Miami according to two private investigators show that Gorcyca and Garcia were at MCC Miami during the same period of time and both were visited by Congressional investigator Ralph Maestri along with Iran Contra players/pilots George Morales (murdered), Mike Tolliver (missing) and Gary Betzner (missing). Both Morales and Betzner testified to John Kerry's committee on the Iran Contra scandal and they were 2 of the 3 witnesses who testified in closed-door sessions after their public testimony started leading to Oliver North and George Bush. I also do not think it is any coincidence that Juan David Morgan (the owner of Morgan & Morgan Panama Banks and Morymor Trust) is cousins with Ed Chism and former lover of Chism's wife Teresita Tapia (when she was single). Terry Chism worked as the personal secretary and banker for Noriega and also did the translations when Bush and North came to visit. This information can be found in the archives of Panama newspapers and was confirmed by a guy named Carlos Castillo and a Venezuelan named Milton Bello whose father was a Senator in Venezuela and worked for the CIA as Gorcyca also wrote about in his book. AFG once tried to recruit Chavez as a partner since 30% of AFG's clients came from Venezuela and were diplomats and dirty politicians with money to wash as Gorcyca explained in his book.

I also do not think it is a coincidence that Bello's family friend Fecerico Moreno is appointed to the federal bench is assigned to handle the messy American Financial Group case that the FBI wanted to prosecute as a criminal matter but the DoJ took it away from them and gave it to the SEC to "clean up the mess" as a civil matter. Moreno then even made sure that Chism could not be subpoenaed by Congressional investigators by sending him to Panama where he could not be extradited nor subpoenaed! He even let Chins collect his $60,000 annual DoJ pension despite his felony conviction and he only returned about $1 million of the $87 million that just "vanished" without a single Treasury agent tasked to trace the money. Gorcyca says in his book that he offered to show the SEC where to find the money offshore but they refused to have a meeting if any lawyers were present! So convenient heh? Although it was Jeb Bush and his business partner, retired corrupt FBI agent Terry Nelson that arranged to have my book manuscripts seized at gunpoint by FBI agents without a court order, it is now just one chapter that needs to be shared with the black voters of America, so they are not fooled by Hillary's artificial charm... In a few more days it would be the two year anniversary of Al Chalem’s gruesome murder, and over a year since the New Jersey Russian Michael Vax unexpectedly knocked on my door in Canada. I was still alive, and after speaking with MP Paul Szabo, I was growing cautiously confident that I might continue to live safely with my family in Canada. Rhana Khan at the UNHRC said she received my letter and was trying to track down my refugee claim, but it wasn’t “where it is supposed to be.” Nancy Cameron at Amnesty International was trying to arrange a meeting, but she said there was some resistance at the head office in Canada because I was an American citizen and there were “budgeting issues”, she would explain to me when we would meet.

But why wasn’t the FBI Director and the Senators responding to my letters dated September 15, 2001? Maury had promised someone would be in touch with me “soon” but what did “soon” mean? Besides, Maury now worked out of the New Orleans field office but he said he spoke with the “right people” in Washington, and he vouched for my credibility. Surely they would have to be interested in the Saudis, and I could prove the AFG connection with Dr. Erling Pederson, Mark McCormick, and his mother Nucia and his younger brother Jeff, the Southern Bell telephone bills, as well as the AFG secretaries Ana and Kimberly. But FBI agent Tom Doktor, who was still stationed in Buffalo, would only say “I am not allowed to speak with you any more since SA Marley took over the matter.” John Marley was one of the four agents who came to visit me in Toronto back in January. Marley had impressed me with his professionalism, and he seemed to know the real score. He was introduced to me as the lead agent on the case. We both agreed on who killed Chalem but he said he was not allowed to discuss nor explain why the triggerman was not yet arrested despite more probable cause that they needed for even the least astute judge in America. After all, they had the entire murder and the conversation leading up to it on tape since Chalem, their Wall Street informant was wired as was his home.

After two weeks had passed with no reply from Senators Biden nor Clinton, I just assumed neither of them wanted to involve themselves in what could easily become a national scandal some day. The truthers were picking up steam and credibility with new evidence of a controlled demolition, and discrepancies on the WTC7 building collapse were mounting. Me now suggesting the Saudis may have bank-rolled the latest Pearl Harbor, would not be very convenient for the government. But then I figured I had nothing to lose by giving them a follow-up call and just ask them directly if they could help me, and if they could, would they actually do so.

I am not exaggerating when I tell you that it is easier to get a call through to Santa Claus at the North Pole than to get a call through with a sitting Senator. Talking with an aide is no problem, but even getting the executive assistant to pick up a call is mission impossible. But getting through to Biden’s staff was quite easy. But of course I was told a call with Senator Biden himself was not possible and I was asked to relay my needs to a staffer who would take my information and see if he could help.

But as soon as gave him my name, he asked me to spell it and I did. He then asked me the nature of my call and when I replied that I was following up to previous correspondence, he stopped me and asked me the date of the correspondence and what was the subject matter. I gave him the date and told him an assortment of government crimes and corruption. He told me to hold and he would transfer me to the “Chief of correspondence” I was put on hold.

That hold seemed like an eternity but maybe was only about four or five minutes, when he came back on the line and asked me “Are you a federal employee?” I replied that I used to work for the U.S. Justice and U.S. Treasury Departments, but not anymore. “Okay” was all he said and back on hold I went!

After a few more minutes a lady came on the line and I cannot for the life or me remember her name, but she was very professional and mature and told me the following “The Senator has received your package and reviewed the material you sent. He has made an inquiry to the FBI and we are awaiting their reply. But in cases like these, we usually do not interfere with FBI investigations and we see your lawyer was communicating directly with the FBI Director.” “So what are you telling me?” I asked. She replied, I’m telling you that it is probably best that we both wait for a reply from the FBI, and then we can revisit the matter if there is any problems or discrepancy with their reply.” That sounded like a logical and acceptable answer, so I thanked the woman for her time and I jotted down her name and the time and date we spoke on a post-it note. In short I was satisfied that the matter was being handled professionally by Senator Biden’s office.

I expected to get a similar answer from Senator Clinton’s office and was quite surprised when I did not. It seems that whoever contacts Senator Clinton’s office will automatically become part of their fund-raising database within an hour of making contact with any of their offices. When I called her Washington Office, I was asked if I would like to make a contribution or volunteer my time to “help Hillary as a volunteer”. Even though I stated that I was calling to solve a serious problem, I continued to get a sales job, until I very directly said, “I am following up about my correspondence.” Then I was just told that I should just “be patient and wait for a written reply, because Senator Clinton will answer your letter, sooner or later, but that she was very busy at this time.”. I then asked who her chief of staff or executive assistant was, and was bluntly told “Sir, you do not need that information. Just be patient and you will get a reply.” I concluded that had I said I was interested in making a contribution, that woman would have been more cooperative and helpful. But I decided I would give the New York office a call, and pretend I was interested in making a campaign donation, and would use that pretense to find out the name of her top aide, and then shift the subject of the call over to the letter and tapes I sent the Senator.

So when I called Senator Clinton’s New York office, the call went much quicker and smoothly and people seemed a lot more “friendly” after I said I was contemplating a $500,000 campaign pledge, because I was concerned about “global warming.” At least the last half of my statement was true. As for the $500,000 donation, that was completely false and if I had that $500,000, giving it away to a politician would not even be on my “possible” list.

Apparently it is SOP to not say where a Senator can be reached by phone, because I was told that Mrs. Clinton was not in the office and that one of her top aides would reach out to her and get back to me “soon”, They asked for my telephone number and this posed a bit of a problem for me since I knew my mobile and home number was being monitored by the feds and I could not hand out at Tim Horton’s all day waiting for the pat phone to ring … or could I? I guess I could wait a few more hours since I had nothing planned for the balance of the afternoon. So I gave them the telephone number outside the wash-roo of the Tim Hortons on the Mississauga Road QEW exit. In fact I gave them both numbers since there were two phone on the wall. They said it might be an hour or two, but either the Senator or Debbie would be calling me back.

So I sat my ass down with a cup of Tim’s best and picked a Toronto Star newspaper someone had left at the table nearest to the washrooms and awaited the call-back from Senator Clinton’s office. Two hours passed and those phones never rang even once. One young girl who bought $10 of quarters at the counter hogged up one of the phones for an hour arguing with someone, but I was not too worried since I had given Clinton’s staffer both numbers, “in case one line was busy”. But still, another hour passed and I would have to go pick up my son from school. As I stood up, it suddenly dawned on me that maybe not all the pay phones in Canada could receive incoming phone calls. So I decided that I would check by calling the numbers from my mobile. Shit! I was angry at myself for not checking as I received the recorded message “We’re sorry you have reached a number that does not accept incoming calls”.

I immediately grabbed my calling card, and placed another call to Clinton’s New York office but this time another person had answered the phone, and she told me she was the “last one in the office” since everyone else had left to attend some activity. I explained who I was and that I had left the “wrong telephone” number, and would have to call back in the following day for Senator Clinton, or “Debbie”. At that point I was told that “Debbie” would not be there because she was “in Florida”. I replied that I would call back in morning as I heard the tone of the phone I had a minute left on my calling card.

The next day after I dropped my son off at school I went to see my Polish friend Mario to find myself a burner phone and he gave me the number of some Russian friend of his and within an hour we met in another coffee shop right next to the Port Credit bridge and for $500 I had an old Nokia phone with an unregistered chip inside. After Chalem had his brains blown out in Jersey and those threatening phone calls followed my wife and I no matter where we went, I guess I grew overly “concerned” about being monitored and tracked . I knew the cell phones could be tracked by GPS so unless I was actually calling the FBI or RCMP people I would be sure to drive at least 50 kilometers away to make any sensitive calls on my mobile, but after a while that became inconvenient, so I just bought a bunch of calling cards from different vendors at a Pakistani convenience store on Dundas Street.

I made my call to Clinton’s office and discovered that “Debbie” did in fact try to call me back yesterday but “had difficulties getting through”. I gave them my new 647 number in Toronto where I told them I was “visiting on business for a few days”. They assured me I would hear from Debbie later in the day. Sure enough, I did get a call from a 954 area code which I recognized to be a Broward County telephone prefix. Debbie introduced herself and immediately she focused in on my “contribution”, and asked me if I needed a receipt or if I wanted to make it in cash. I told her that the method of payment was not an issue for me and redirected the conversation to my “legal problems” and I said that I needed to speak with Hillary about the five page letter I sent her. Debbie said that she was not aware of any letter but would tell the Senator I needed to speak with her. At that point Debbie asked me what I did for a living. I immediately recalled my 1997 meeting with Bill Clinton in Miami and how they had me in their database wrongly pegged as a “fund manager” so I ran with that to Debbie. She suddenly asked me if I played golf and I responded “I do but some of my friends disagree”. She immediately replied that she had some VIP passes for Doral Country Club in Miami she would send me as a gift and she asked where to send them? I recognized this to be an old sales trick to get an address of a prospect to do a little background research on them. I gave her my old Brickell Key address since it would satisfy her curiosity.

Finally Debbie finished up the call by explaining how busy Senator Clinton was and about some legislation that was consuming her time and that she returned most of her calls in the evening or on weekends so she could not guarantee a fixed time for a conference call but I should expect a call back in two or three days. I agreed that was fine and the call came to an end.

Two nights later I was watching an NFL football game on the tube when I heard the goofy ring on the burner phone. The timing was horrible because the game was intense with only a 3 point spread and I could win or lose $100 on the next play. But of course, my life also had priorities, more than most people so I grabbed the phone. It was Debbie, and she told me one of her people were now trying to patch a call through to me from Senator Clinton and I should stand by for the call. That was not a problem for me. I waited, and waited. As I did Baltimore scored and I won my $100. I was in a good mood when the phone finally rang again. “Hello, this is Hillary Clinton, I understand you had something important to discuss with me? I said hello of course but I assumed she already knew who I was and had been prepped on my call. “Yes Senator, did you get my letter about Jeb Bush, Jack Goldberg, and the Saudis? The Senator must have heard some words that she didn’t want to hear and erupted on me like a volcano “Does this have anything to do with that nigger Wayne, because if it does…” Someone on her end stopped her in mid sentence, and I could hear them tell the Senator “You took the wrong call, this is the fund manager from Miami who wants to make the $500K donation”. There was an awkward silence on the phone as I was thoroughly thrown for a loop. I did have a friend named Wayne who promoted Thugs, Bones, and Harmony, and he was a black guy from Cleveland, but he could not possibly have any dealings with any Senator. I remained silent as Senator Clinton apologized for picking up “the wrong line”. The Wayne coincidence was strange but now I wonder which “Wayne” she was talking about. Did she say “Dwayne” and I simply misunderstood? Since it was the wrong call, I guess it doesn’t matter.

I explained the reason I was trying to reach her concerning the letter I previously sent her and was asked to “refresh my memory”. But as soon as I mentioned the video tape of FBI agent Terry Nelson and the audio tape of FBI agent Maury Berthon, she recalled my letter with “Oh yes, that letter… “ and then told me “There are solutions for every problem, but some problems are more complicated than others and cannot be solved in telephone conversations.” I agreed with her. She then said, “Your problem requires some specialized legal work and you need to speak with Debbie and only Debbie about this, do you understand?” she asked. “Of course.” I answered. “And she can handle your donation as well.” she added. “I am grateful for your generosity, but there is no need for you to call me again – deal only with Debbie.” This was a command and not a question. As soon as I agreed, Senator Clinton said “Great, I have to take another call now so hook up with Debbie and she will keep me posted. Good by now”. She hung up before I could even say Good-bye. The entire call took less than five minutes.

To be very honest, I know very well who “Debbie Wasserman” is today, but until last year, I could only recall that Debbie’s last name began with a W and had two “s” in her name and was a Jewsih family name. In fact until last year, if you would have asked me to independently recall Debbie’s name’s as I was asked to do by Rick, I would have given you the same answer I gave Rick a few years ago when he came to see me in Beijing. I told him, “I think her last name is “Weiss”. I recall that it was a Jewish name that began with a W and has two “s”s in it. So maybe “Weiss”, “Weissman”, or “Weissberg”, is what I told Rick a few years ago.

But last year as I was trying to nap on my sofa, I had the television on and some CNN news clips were being played on CCTV. I was not paying much attention until I heard a voice that sounded very familiar to me. The more I tuned into that voice, the more sure I was that I knew the person, or at least spoke with them before. Finally my curiosity got the best of me and I sat up on the sofa and focused on the lady speaking on TV. Her name was “Debbie Wasserman” and she was announcing the rules of some debates I was not even following yet. As I continued to watch, I realized within a few minutes that this is the same woman probably I spoke with on the phone back in 2001 who wanted me to hire her lawyer friend in New York for $500,000. The lawyer she said would “make all your legal problems go away.” His name was also Jewish and was either “Levi”, “Levin” or “Levine”. It didn’t matter then nor now, because I did not have the $500K to buy my freedom – then or now. Funny how some fortunate Americans can buy justice, and the rest of us must beg for it. On second thought, I guess that is not funny at all, and upon reflection, is probably the real reason I decided to rewrite this book."

In closing, I hope you all realize that this incident took place many long years before Hillary every even suggested she would run for president, and those who know me and served with me in the military know I am not a racist myself. I have a mixed marriage that is now going on 18 years. I just cannot sit silently and allow such an evil and unstable person become the leader of our nation at such a critical point in history. And no, I do not recommend Donald Trump who also has a racist streak of another flavor in him. There are much better alternatives like Jill Stein, Bernie Sanders, and Gary Johnson.

The Ontario Law Society even concealed 18 felony convictions of one woman lawyer in Windsor as you will see in the first link below, along with the photo of Solicitor William Gilmour who himself was arrested on child abuse charges on August 14, 2001 according to court records at the Tom Davis Courthouse in Brampton, Ontario. Gilmour btw, does not deny his own arrest and it is a matter of court transcripts where he admits to the Ontario Court of Appeals that he "misplaced" two pieces of key evidence in the Gorcyca case. I took the time to read the 11 page sworn report of a private investigator and the exhibits section shows Gilmour to be either extremely lazy, incompetent, or compromised. Even the former Toronto Police Chief (Julian Fantino) and RCMP commissioner filed affidavits about corrupt judges and shady lawyers in Toronto as you can find at http://reddit.com/r/crooked_lawyers. And at the last link above you will see Gilmour is even listed in a database of government informants kept by drug dealers and bikers. I think the Toronto Star, Private Investigator Ed Reiken, and The National Post are more credible than the Law Society.
