    why?

if you think a business is suspisciously a scam and there are complaints on issues like Advertising, Sales Practice, Delivery, Guarantee and Warranty, Refund, Contract,Billing or Payment..does this mean that its not a scam because there are signs that it does exist?

It may still be a scam... or... they may just have serious Customer Service issues.

    Best advice = Buyer Beware

If you do not feel good about doing business with a company then don't... you owe them no loyalty.

    Re: why?

Scam arrangements begins with deceit... "smoke and mirrors." Desire
and intent to APPEAR legitimate = camaflouge for crooks.
Check out ANY business thoroughly, especially if you're going to
get a lot of your money involved with them.
Also, some scammers use individuals as middle-person. Those who
are unwittingly used to serve to be effective in carrying out scams on
    other people.
