China Visa Law Scam "UPDATE" Duping Foreign Teacher Applicants -BEWARE!

THERE IS NO RECENT "CHINA VISA LAW AMENDMENT OR UPDATE! THE NEWS IS FALSE AND THE RUMOR IS A FRAUD!

This warning is for anyone planning to go work in China... There are about a dozen unlicensed/unethical agents and ESL job recruiters now trying to convince people that there was "a recent update in China visa law" that allows you to work in China a L, M, or F visa for the first 90 day "probationary period". THIS IS NOT TRUE! You absolutely must have a Z visa in your passport when you land in China to legally work here .Here are the mandatory legal requirements to work in China as September 2013 and they have not changed!

If you listen to these shady agents instead of the law you will join the 2,328 foreign teachers who were arrested, jailed, fined $2,000 and deported with a felony conviction in 2014! These recruiters don't care about you once they collect their agents fee upon your arrival. BEFORE you talk with anyone else about working in China, we urge you to read the below links:
