    Mona Vie Biting The Dust?

    http://www.sltrib.com/news/2500617-1...ts-takeover-of

Citing a host of unknowns, a federal judge Monday temporarily halted a deal that would transfer almost all the assets of MonaVie Inc. to a Florida company that had foreclosed after the Utah nutritional fruit-juice purveyor defaulted on a $182 million loan.

U.S. District Judge Bruce Jenkins granted a request by Bankers Trust Co. of South Dakota for a temporary restraining order to pause the foreclosure that would wipe out any shareholder value in the company, which once boasted nearly $1 billion in annual sales of its juice and other products.

I know Len Clements did a brief cameo on this forum a few months ago. I'd be curious if he'd be willing to give his perspective on it. It does seem that Jeunesse got away with the farm. And Mona Vie employee shareholders got left with worthless stock. No idea if its a good deal for the IBOs.

Wow, interesting, just goes to show you, nothing lasts forever in MLMland, or at least MLM juice deals. So many have come and gone, but this one surprised me they are hurting financially and not able to pay off loans. Sign of the times as we see more and more MLM companies fold or merge to try and survive.

    Success to all,

If only people would have used their brains years ago to truly see the LACK of value this juice had like so many others, the company would have tanked then! Sad, but most buy into hype & spend little if ANY time doing research. I am not sad to see them go belly up, just that it should have been a lot sooner!
Those who would like to know what I do full time, email me direct for a link> scubapro48@gmail.com I am not here to advertise my business. Tom
