Everybody is responsible for his/her own money and if you do it a safe way

I have heard them say even if new membership stopped that they could continue running with just the present membership, and that was when they had less than 60,000 members. Now they have around 80,000. So obviously they have other means of revenue. It is #1 and I wouldn't doubt it exceeds Studiotraffics present membership level next year. Though I make no such prediction.
As far as people claiming it will close and it's imminent, that is based on nothing but speculation without backing. Will it close at some point? All businesses will close at some point, or else evolve (or sell) into something else. All governments (which are technically businesses) will also close at some point. Three of the companies I formerly worked for no longer exist. Actually make that 5. Most folded, one was bought out by a rival company.

Im not saying they gonna steal the money im stating that they have set up so they legally can.Read the links I posted on this subject any threads that say 12daily will have some.October new laws came into affect which makes people (LLC's) liable to people they owe debts to.Lifeclicks registered there LLC very quickly before these came in through a person in CA noted for protecting peoples assets/funds when they declare bankrupt.Those other ponzi's 4daily 3daily etc were just copying 12daily it has been around for a year but very small to begin.

The reason Ponzi Namesis doing this is clear .... He had been banded by the 12 DP admin after he try to cheat 12 DP with creating large amount of referal under his own account and get the 12 % comission . And now he really upset with it and wanna stoped others to join 12 DP and make their business .

Well, seems you put out a load of misinformation about Charis saying she was convicted of forgery in Illinois, when that was another Charis and the one who runs 12daily has never even been to Illinois, let alone been charged with forgery. So you expect us to believe it when you say that 12daily is putting out misinformation? :rolleyes:
