The Reverend Elton Johnson's Rescue Mission

My good friend, the Reverend Elton Johnson, who runs the Rescue Mission on East Riverside Avenue in Oakland CA, asked me to post this letter he sent to Kerry O'Hein (ohein56) in case Kerry missed it.

    2205 East Riverside Avenue

    California

    Dear Brother Kerry O'Hein

Perhaps you have heard of me and my nationwide campaign in the cause of temperance. Each year for the past fourteen years I have made a tour of California and Nevada to deliver a series of lectures on the evils of drinking.

On these tours, I have been accompanied by my young friend and assistant, Clyde Lindstrom. Clyde, a young man of good family and excellent background, is a pathetic case, whose life was ruined by whiskey, gambling and women.

Clyde would appear with me at lectures and sit on the platform wheezing, farting and drooling while staring at the audience through bleary, bloodshot eyes, while I would point him out as an example of what drinking could do to a person.

Last summer, unfortunately, Clyde died. A mutual friend has given me your name and I wondered if you would care to take his place. If you are interested in joining me, please write to the address above and I'll contact you.

    Yours in faith

    Reverend Elton Johnson

    There's still time!

I thought, "There's no rivers in Oakland and no Riverside Drive..." then I realized this was a joke/insult.

Doc B. and ohein dislike each other.

I might ask you the same thing, PeggieSue.

Do you post on another forum or just do drivebys to check on the competition? :

    Ah, lighten up PeggieSue.

As for Heiney, his response is:

    Drink up!

I personally did not find the post entertaining, funny or clever. I found it to be an insult to a Scam.com forum member.
And why would that be so shocking when Ohein is involved?

Luzer is posting on a forum that has old scam.com members that have spent a lot of time running this forum down. Luzer is posting on that forum and demeaning Ohein56. Doc got involved in that discussion with Luzer and came over to this forum to demean Oheing56, after he read what Luzer had to say about Ohein56.

Seemed to me Luzer is purposely posting about scam.com to try and recruit those that would enjoy demeaning Ohein56.

Is a chicken shit thing to do if I am correct and I feel I am correct.
Ohein's a big boy. He can dish it out so he should be able to take a little ribbing, especially from an old friend like Doc.

Ohein spews so many in accuracies and insults that I feel as if he needs to be shown wrong and at times, proven to have outright lied. He's shameless about it these days.

Why ? If he can bring some of those posters back believe me it would make this site a whole lot more interesting. Also get Lenny C. back.

True, so I'm not sure why Doc making a cameo appearance here is a big deal, even if possibly spurred on by someone else.

Not sure if he still is.

    But his name is.

Try typing in "Lenny ******" (his last name still is I see!) and see what you get.

In his brief tenure as forum moderator here, Lenny accomplished an internet first.

Not only did he get turfed as a mod, but his name got put on the naughty list.

    I can say "F*ck", but I can't say "******".:cwm2:

(I might add, I see you were typing as well same time I was - in regard to Lenny's last name.)
