Actually - no they are not all scams.

I just started one!

Mine is more like a Advertising Platform. Lifetime Membership is $14 gets you 20 Text Ads and 10 Banner Ads - plus entry into random drawings, monthly contests and more. You do not have to advertise the site - or buy anything more if you choose. Of course I do offer the ability to increase your chance of receiving random payments from new members - but it is optional. And if you do advertise the site with your own URL - you receive $5 for new members you refer that signup. But it is all optional. And the banners will be displayed on other sites as well as my own - as I negotiate with other admins for it. I wanted to provide a different option to people than the auto/manual surfing communities - or the "paid to" industry. I also offer non-member advertising at VERY low rates.

So - try giving people the opportunity to show you what they have before you knock them down! You just might be surprised by what you learn.

Keeping an open mind is NOT the same as keeping an open wallet or purse.

Oh - and by the way - 50% of any income I receive from admin fees is set aside for contest payments and random drawings (random drawings are just that - members selected at any given day or time (not the same as the signup process for new members) for an undisclosed amount - the amount is determined by any surplus in the admin fee account. So I make a little - but I am not raking in the millions - or even thousands - in fact - I could not retire on what I expect this venture to bring me on a regular basis. The other 50% is for site maintenance and upgrades - if I am lucky I might see about 2% of the $4 Admion fee.

Torr, stop spamming dummy. Yes they are scams and illegal because none of them are registered as gambling sites, not even offshore, which you have to be if you run a program like that. Also, the majority of people dont get money back, and they are very unstable. Most have been known to disappear less than a month after opening. So try again

And I say that there are legitimate peole out there who are not trying to scam anyone - me for one. I am looking to build a long lasting community for people who are new to the internet website business and looking for answers. I know when I first started that I had a hard time. And if you check out my site - you will see I do not promote it as a get rich quick scheme - in fact I make sure that people know that they are not going to "rake in the bucks". But what little they do make should cover their Lifetime membership fee of $14.00 and maybe just a little more. I even explained the odds to them in another site: if only 1 in 100 people join due to a member advertising the site, that means to make $100 they have to get 2,000 people to visit. And out of 10,000 ads at least 9,500 will disregard the ad without even looking. I don't pretend to know the real numbers, but believe me those are pretty dang close.

The site offers the members a chat room, forum, interactive FAQ and live support to help find answers to a problem they may be having with their own site, discuss ECF (acronym for company name) events, maybe even learn a few advertising tricks or things like SEO (I never heard that term until just recently), get explainations of spidering techniques, how to get your page rank up, etc...

And the things I added to the site are all things that came with my servers web hosting, I can't afford much, I am a working stiff after all and can't afford to quit my job to stay at home and play on the net - like others. So I do what I can. I am also looking to have other websites display the banner rotator on their site. Of course it is something I need to learn to do because I don't even know where to start. I currently have over 60 banners in the rotator. Also I just opened two more Suites so thats three banner rotators I have to worry about.

And the last thing I need is for you guys to go screaming SCAM! I am actually trying to help people - AND like I said NO WHERE IN ANY OF MY SITES WILL YOU EVER SEE ME TRYING TO CONVINCE ANYONE THAT THEY CAN GET RICH WITH THIS - it is for promoting their sites with inexpensive advertising - $14 for a Lifetime, 20 Text Ads and 10 Banner Ads - and they can change them at any time. They can place the same banner 20 times for all I care. I have only two rules when it comes to the ads - NO PORN and NO HATE RELATED MATERIAL OR SITES.

Non-members can place very low advertising as well on a monthly basis. $2.00 for each text ad and $5.00 for each banner.

So - take a stroll, come visit the site - take a look around - if you see anywhere where I promise you to make it rich - please let me know - and most likely I will change it. I do not believe in false advertising.

For a College Student - your not too bright are you? Lets see - what could possibly be the topic at www.scam.com? Are they talking about scams? Planning a scam? A club for scammers?

I have been burned myself from joining a Randomizer a few years back. Why would I do that to others? Duh!

The script allows for some great options to promote a website. Thats why I choose a randomizer.

Take a look around the site. You tell me. Does it look like I promised anything extraordinary there? Or anything not reasonable? You be Judge. Oh - and I'll be here to accept you apology.
