    Ebay-Worth a Try?

There are countless ebooks for sale promising the best info and guidance to make you into a successful ebay seller.
Did you use an ebook to start selling, or did you jump right in?
I have a lot of experience buying on ebay, and a pretty limited experience in selling (crap I didn't want anymore) but I'm thinking Ebay just might work for me if I start a real (ish) business. I need to bring in at least $250 a week, is that a realistic figure?

Just throwing some ideas out there and hope for feedback and/or your experience selling with Ebay.

I have given myself until the end of the week to find a job.....

    Watch this space...lol

I'm spending the afternoon doing a little internet research on the experiences of successful Ebay sellers, and I came across this

    www.randomthink.net/misc/ebay

At first glance the page looks blank, just scroll down.....

tommywho70x who works with numerous eBay sellers offers this as advice:

    - Sell your junk at a yard sale, unless it is really groovy junk with value as a collectible.

    - Do not get involved with any of the groups offering merchandise for you to sell. They all have scam issues.

    - Specialize in something. The three people in our group who make the best money on eBay are specialists in one or more 'Product Categories'.

    - Media moves! Books, Records, Tapes, 'Antique Software', CDs, VHSs, Beta, LaserDisks, DVDs, Etc.

(ARCHIVAL) Media is also cheap and easy to obtain at yard sales, thrift stores, dumpsters and curbside trash piles. My uncle is selling right around your stated goal monthly at HALF.COM, eBay's (SBC) Z-STOREFRONT (YHOO) for that type of product.

OMG! WOW....Can somebody send "mission organization" over there ASAP??
She has a little addiction problem I'd say.lol..........
Her daughter needs to get her a HUGE shed! I bet if her mom starts selling all that crap back on e-bay, she could probably pay for the rest of her daughter's college.

    Tommy,

NOPE, not selling a franchise, just letting you know what's out there and our group went live today. Still in beta!

eBay has over 80 million user's and only 1 million sellers, so they need sellers.

3 ways to earn money; sell other people's stuff (get a commission), teach other people how to use eBay (eBay will pay you) and finally build a team of eBay experts (earn money off their volume).

Zippi is the selling arm of eBay!
