    Try to exercise more

    Try to insert workouts in random times throughout the day, it will keep you in shape and not take any time at all.
    My favorite kind of thing like this to do now is to do pushups and crunches whenever I'm watching a show on TV and the commercials come up.
    That way I'm not wasting the time until the show comes back on.

    I'd like to add always take the stairs when you can and park a little farther away from your destination. Little things to help burn some extra calories.
