    TSC2000 - Is it a scam?

I have been invited to join TSC 2000 and was wondering if it is legit?

They seem to get people to pay money weekly and it gives them increased chances of winning their Lottery - even more if you sign up people under you.

I was under the impression that it is illegal to do this kind of thing if there was no product.

It is legal, but worthless unless you can sign up tons of people. There is no "program" that can improve you chance of picking up random numbers. In fact loterry "programs" decrease your chances of winning.

Your instincts are right. It feels scammy.

    What's the product?

    The Lottery?

Oh, that's not too exciting. What are the odds there?

Don't hold your breath waiting to win anything. Your Upline's the biggest winner, after the company.

    What's the point?

Find a company with a real product that you can be proud of representing, not a scam like a lottery 'deal'.

Scammy, and in many countries it appears to be definitely illegal. The illegality is that playing a lottery of another nation is outlawed in many countries (including the United States and Australia).

However, as I noted above, if your friend is not a resident or citizen of Australia, that winning is itself a crime.

This is illegal in a lot of countries. Putting legitimacy and legality aside, as with most lotteries you would be better taking that money and putting it in your savings account. Just my opinion.

TSC2000 Lottery Syndicate may be no more. Check this out: http://thefreenetwork.info/easyinter...sc2000&x=0&y=0

They have already closed it down in the Northern Territory.

It is beyond reasonable doubt that TSC2000 Europe Limited and the Oz***** scheme they promote is a scam.

Late 2003 the Australian Consumer Affairs Commission sued TSC2000 Europe on breaches of Consumer Affairs legislation concerning PYRAMID selling and Misleading & Deceptive Conduct.

The Commissioner for Consumer Affairs (Gary ********) says that TSC2000 Europe Limited is not a registered Australan company and therefore could be operating illegally within Australia.

The Department of Consumer Affairs took legal action against TSC2000 Europe Limited on grounds of PYRAMID selling and some interesting facts were revealed.

TSC2000 Europe does NOT hold an Australian Licence to sell OzLotto, *****ball or Saturday Lottery tickets, it is questionable if TSC2000 Europe actually purchase any lottery tickets at all.

It is very strange that a company that sells an Australian lottery syndication system is hiding in Norway.

Beware of dodgy lottery schemes and check to see if they are registered and licenced.

TSC2000 Europe's recent PYRAMID case in the Supreme Court in Australia is a wake up to people looking at potential get rich quick schemes particularly dodgy lottery syndicates..

TSC2000 Europe Warnings are out, Consumer Affairs have sued TSC2000 Europe Limited for misleading and deceptive conduct and PYRAMID SELLING breaches of Australian Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading laws.

It is beytond reasonable doubt that TSC2000 Europe Limited is an illegal pyramid scheme, the Oz***** system that TSC2000 Europe promote is very dodgy.

TSC2000 Europe was sued in the Supreme Court in Australia by Consumer Affairs on PYRAMID selling breaches and many rounds of misleading and deceptive conduct.

Consumer Affairs have stated that TSC2000 Europe is not a registered Australian company and does not have the authority of the owners of the lotteries to sell OzLotto, *****ball or Saturday Night Lotteries.

TSC2000 Europe previously known as "The Syndicate lub" was stopped in Australia in 2003 and was moved offshore trying to avoid the Australian authorities.

In 2009 Australian Consumer Affairs Offices caught up with TSC2000 Europe Limited and sued TSC2000 Europe Limited on PYRAMID selling breaches and misleading and deceptive conduct matters.

TSC2000 Europe's customer services is non existent and it is questionable if TSC2000 Europe actually purchase lottery tickets at all!

TSC2000 Europe does not have a licence to sell OzLotto, *****ball or Saturday Night Lotteries and operates from Norway with a very rude and uneducated Australian Clerk answering a dodgy telephone service.

I wouldn't waste my time with TSC2000 Europe the company has alreadt been sued by Consumer Affairs and looks very very dodgy.

On the 28th of April 2009, the Department of Consumer Affairs issued a press release warning people of a Pyramid Scheme seminar being conducted by TSC2000 Europe limited in the Northern Territory.

Officers of the Department of Justice attended the TSC2000 Europe Limited seminar in Darwin on the 28th of April and warned all attendees of the penalties of being involved with illegal pyramid schemes.

Acting Commissioner Mr Gary ******** notes...
It is illegal in the NT to participate in an illegal pyramid selling scheme or to induce a person to participate. Individuals face fines of up to $55,000 and corporations face fines of up to $275,000 for breaches of the NTís Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading Act.

Downloadable press release documents can be obtained from the Department of Consumer Affairs website from April onwards at: http://www.nt.gov.au/justice/consaffairs/medi...

The Department of Regulatory Services in the A.C.T have also issued warnings regarding the illegal marketing activities of TSC2000 Europe Limited.

The Australian Securities Investment Commission (ASIC) have also contacted TSC2000 Europe Limited's Australian representative Cheryl Poindestre in relation to TSC2000 Europe Limited operating unregistered and illegally within Australia of which Miss Poindestre has FAILED to respond.

Miss Poindestre refuses to answer TSC2000 Europe Limited clients when contacted by phone, fax or email and withholds the facts of TSC2000 Europe Limited's illegal operation from potential TSC2000 Europe Limited members.

It comes as no surprise when you look at the people behind TSC2000 Europe Limited's illegal operation, Ernst Amundsen from Trondheim Norway purchased a share of the crippled TSC2000 Australia Pty Ltd (formerly known as The Syndicate Club) from the original owners. The Syndicate Club failed a Supreme Court case against the Queensland Government on the 30th of April 2003 (full details can be found here) http://www.sclqld.org.au/qjudgment/2003/QSC/1...

You are in fact correct TSC2000 Europe is illegal to promote, in Korea some TSC2000 Europe members have gone to jail over the pyramid scheme.

In Australia the Department of Consumer Affairs have obtained court injunctions to stop Ernst Amundsen from promoting the illegal Oz***** & TSC2000 Europe pyramid scheme.

The Department od Consumer Affairs have also made official warnings to Western Australia, South Australia, ACT and NSW detering people from participating or involvement in the pyramid scheme.

TSC2000 Europe Limited do NOT have the approval or the endorsement of the proprietors of OzLotto, *****ball & Saturday Lotto and DO NOT hold a licence to sell those lotteries.

TSC2000 Europe Limited is rough as guts and is a pyramid selling scheme with no product!

TSC2000 Europe Limited is owned and operated by shonky Norweigen losers.

Fruad police are also involved with investigating TSC2000 Europe in Australia many people have had money stolen from their credit cards and bank accounts and have been forced to issue charge bakcs against TSC2000 Europe for unautherized transactions.

TSC2000 Europe is a wasted space on the internet and will soon be out of business.

TSC2000 Europe Limited is an ILLEGAL PYRAMID SCHEME!
