    Anyone here technically minded?

What is a cubed message, eg, when it is sent to your cellphone?

I got one at 4am today, the content shall we say, was rather 'intriguing'....

It seems that you cannot reply to these.

Any thoughts, as I would really like to reply to it somehow, or at least, trace the origin of it.

    I will answer all questions...

    Thanks

I don't know, but I did a little looking around and came across this web site
    http://www.thecubehost.com/sms/
It offers free, anonymous text messaging to any cell phone in North America. Granted... you're in the UK, but there might be a catch in it's system permitting you to receive?!
Shoot me an e-mail and we can test this out

    Ah, America.

Well, see, the fella that I think I am getting them from is based in the UK, however, he often travels to the US for 'business' reasons.

    He lives in Kent.

I have had two texts sent from him via this cubed method, Paul.

One was back in August, and was really quite sinister in nature.

The other was at 4am this morning, and seemed to do an about turn, almost admitting to me that (as I already knew), I had been stiched up over something.

Oddly enough, and interestingly enough, if you type in Fredscubed (that is the name that comes up with the message), into Google, it returns this. (3rd and 4th search down).

    His name is Fred.

He is sending these from something called Fredscubed.

    Hmmm....

e-mail received and text msg sent... whether or not you get it is another story though :)
    I also found this
    http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/htc-t...be-set-up.html

It looks like a cubed msg may be a type of format for texting.

Sooooo, it looks like you've been spammed.

    No.

It is not spam, mate, it is something personal and specific.

yea wel, Did you ever feel as if someone is checking what you write and send on this site.
This stuff that is occurring could be something like a "We know who you are" thing.
Are there any cameras around your area or on your street as in most of England?
If so I have an Idea for you to spread around.
This will cause much expense for the Government Watchers.
Get close enough quickly dressed in all black and hood with scraf. get a paint ball gun or high power BB gun and shoot out the cameras with paint or BB. the watchers will have much to repair if it became a movement.
Why do the people there put up with this invasion of privacy?
Be reactive and others will join.
You are being warned with this kinda of cube.
Change phones every month. Or don't use one. Hard wire is tapped also, but satellite and cell are easier. write your shit first then Wi Fi from cafe's and not from home. Cancel the Home shit.
Big Brother the book is your leaders guide.

It seems that you would need a person for every camera to all strike at the same time. Now that would make a statement wouldn't it?

    Re: Anyone here technically minded?

    Hey Guys,
It can still be done. Even say 100 cameras would cause much in the way of making the media and possibly create what I had just mentioned.
Next time I go to NYC, I will gather some of my Gorrila art friends and go to it with the Cam's on the upper West Side.
It will probably be surpressed as far as news TV, but might make the Papers.
Anyway I feel the peole should protest Big Brother.
There is also another great film call "Brazil" watch it .
Sorry for England's way of gathering info, it maybe to late to stop. But, here in the States it may not be to late.
Already in NY they are planning the same shit and will do so no matter what. All in the name of Terrorism.
Even in this small town with 3 lights the local newspaper has put up a camera on main and the Sheriffs dept is tied to it.
There is no crime here and we all have guns and most are Johny Rebs.
I myself have a carry permit.
The general knowledge here is that everyone knows we carry and thus no crime as far as violence and murders and Rape.
On the occasion of 1 to 2 times a year someone tries to rop Lowes stuff or Wal mart stuff.
we even have 11,000 students and no trouble. Again general knowledge helps.
    We all have guns.
The town is Sylva NC and the cam is on the Sylva Herald site and you can see our town 24/7.
Oh, by the way we still have a statue of a Confederate soldier on our Old Court House steps.

Though I do wish that now with a Black Pres they should remove it before one of our Gorrila Artist pulls it down. There is that kind of talk going around.
