    Happy Thanksgiving!!

Just wanted to share my husband's favorite recipe.

    My Lemon Turkey recipe.

    Ingredients:

1 whole Turkey (weight is dependent on how many servings are required.)

1 large lemon cut in half

    spring of Rosemary

    Salt and Pepper to taste.

butter or olive oil, whichever you prefer

    Heat over to 350 degrees

Rub butter or olive oil over skin of turkey
    until it's completely coated.

Take a knife and gently separate the skin from the breast meat.

Slide lemon halves under the skin with peel side up. This way, the juice from the lemon will coat the breast.

Season skin of turkey to your preference and place a sprig of Rosemary into it.

Cover and place in oven for 30-45 minutes.

Remove cover and continue to roast until juices run clear,
basting every 15 - 20 minutes depending on the size of the bird.

If you've followed these directions correctly your turkey should
look like the one in the attached photo.

    Bon Appetit!

During Thanksgiving, as American toiling masses traditionally give thanks to the government for what it has distributed to them, all conscientious members of community are required to experience the following emotions: (a) deep gratitude to the government for letting them live; (b) utter unworthiness compared to the magnanimity of the state; (c) everlasting guilt for consuming what they have not produced, as well as for not giving back to the community according to their abilities

    Re: Happy Thanksgiving!!

Clearly, these right-wing Monkeys, like Mumbles, have way too much time on their hands. It certainly must be due to the rough economy and the fact they're generally un-employable at anything much more complex than licking somebody's boots, lapping at the boss' ass or sucking up to their intellectual progressive superiors while cursing them in the privacy of their little tin box at the trailer park.

Therefore, in keeping with the holiday spirit, I'm willing to help out with this link I've found to some "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" work, since we know they would never accept a liberal welfare hand-out.
