Another company to follow Stream/Ignite and Ambit

    Has anyone heard of Almacore???

    http://www.mxenergy.com/residential/...se_061208.html

It looks like an existing MLM teamed up with the MX Energy group...?

Energy, a slippery slope for NWM companies. JMHO

Way too many wierd dynamics. How & where do you find the true value iin those deals. Next to impossible from where I stand.

Good luck to anyone 'buying it' to that business plan, you'll need it.

Kerry, you obviously haven't heard of the success of Ignite and the income reps are pulling down from energy.

Amacore, btw, is a health services company.

My mistake, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Regardless, Ignite & Ambit have enormous challenges to overcome before they're a viable, nationwide/worldwide offering. As for the successful people involved in the limited markets they are open in, good for them. I wish them all success.

For the unopened markets there's not much there to look at as far as I can see. Again, alot of very wierd market dynamics that I just don't think NWM is the right vehicle for. JMHO

Energy's got alot of sorting out to do yet.

    Look at this; http://www.quantumgas.com/energy_der...ed_states.html

    & this!
    http://www.stateline.org/live/ViewPa...ontentId=44242

    FYI

It just loooks like there's alot of wiggle room & logistics for that market to settle & get straightened out before a vehicle like NWM can be used yet. That's just my impression of it.

Knock yourself out though, I wish you great success, that is ...IF they can ever get it straightened out!

Point well taken, if you live in a deregulated state however then things are already straightened out and energy is MLM nirvana.

Even living in a de-regulated state doesn't settle it as there are many states re-considering it and even rescinding de-regulation!

I don't think energy in MLM has a bright future in any way!

    JMHO, far from 'MLM Nirvana'....

Good luck, you'll need lots of it for that logistical mess to be straightened out!

You don't seem to understand, tens of thousands of reps are currently enjoying the enormous financial benefits of energy MLM at Ignite (and numerous other copy cats) in numerous states with mature deregulated markets. Getting paid every month when people pay their energy bills (especially in an economic enviroment where people are cutting out may non-necessities) is indeed MLM nirvana and I am a living testament of this fact.

Wow, I have to agree with Mr. Smith on this one... No matter what the business is there will always be those that don't believe but, when the checks show up every week and every month it tends to make a believer out of you.
Do I think we'll be in all states in the next year or two? NO but, I do think we will eventually be in all states.
BTW, I'm with Ambit not Ignite. Both are good companies and there is so much untapped potential still in the markets where we are able to gather customers. JMHO as well... every one is entitled to theirs...

"tens of thousands"??? I would bet that the number is more like a thousand...

In any event, what's with this Amacore/Zurvita deal with MX Energy... its only a 3 year contract between the two companies... what happens after the 3 years... that just doesn't sound long term if you ask me.... at least Stream owns Ignite, and Ambit is the actual energy company contracting with the various network marketers... but MX is only entering into a contractual relationship for 3 years... I sense a train wreck.
