Inmate Suing Michael Vick for $63 Billion (You can't make this stuff up.)

South Carolina Inmate Hits Michael Vick With '$63,000,000,000 Billion Dollar' Lawsuit Alleging Al Qaeda Ties
    Tuesday, August 14, 2007

Embattled NFL quarterback Michael Vick, facing federal charges related to his alleged participation in dogfighting, has been hit with a "$63,000,000,000 billion dollar" lawsuit filed by a South Carolina inmate who alleges the Atlanta Falcons star stole his pit bulls and sold them on eBay to buy "missiles from Iran," FOX News has learned.

Jonathan Lee Riches filed the handwritten complaint over "theft and abuse of my animals" on July 23 in the U.S. District Court in Richmond, Va.

Riches alleges that Vick stole two white mixed pit bull dogs from his home in Holiday, Fla., and used them for dogfighting operations in Richmond, Va. The complaint goes on to allege that Vick sold the dogs on eBay and “used the proceeds to purchase missiles from the Iran government.” The complaint also alleges that Vick would need those missiles because he pledged allegiance to Al Qaeda in February of this year.

“Michael Vick has to stop physically hurting my feelings and dashing my hopes,” Riches writes in the complaint.

Riches wants $63 billion dollars “backed by gold and silver “ delivered to the front gates to the Williamsburg Federal Correctional facility in South Carolina. Riches is an inmate at the facility serving out a wire fraud conviction.

Wow, too bad they can't hit him with filing a frivioulous suit - what good would it do, he's an inmate and has no money to pay the fine.

This has got to be the weirdest lawsuit I've seen in a long time... Do we not require some kind of "almost' proof at least BEFORE a lawsuit can be filed? Hopefully this will just get thrown out.. unless it's true of course.. haha

It probably is true, truer to that individual, then others might realize or know.
Another example of same: the "Judge" that is suing the oritental people-owned Dry Clearners and Laundry for fifty-four million dollars, over a lost suit of clothing. Obviously the "Mom&Pop buisness can in now way afford a $54,000,000.00 payment, probably not even one-tenth of one percent of that amount.
As well, it is obviously ludicrous that anyone, much less a Judge, would lodge such a suit against anyone. He claims most of the money is for "pain and suffering" [equals plain old "crap"] and inconvience that he had to appear in public NOt in his favorite suit. This thing was tried extensively a few months back and ran its course and another Judge threw out the case in disgust. I think the American Bar Assocaition should be looking at this judge and decide to disbar him. In the meantime, this idiot has suceeded in reviving the suit! He should be ordered into a mental institute!
In the meantime, I feel that the oriental couple has truly suffered a lot of pain and mental anguish and have had to pay out legal bills to attorneys that they didn't have the money for. Now, they have lost their business. They should counter-sure this nut-case individual and get some of their money back.
Leaves me with one distinct feeling regarding attorneys. They seem to be instruments of the Devil - we cannot live with them or without them. IF anyone comes out winning and ahead and makes money ALWAYS, it is Attorneys.
The court system has been constructed to require a Plaintiff and a Defendant to have the repersentation of an attorney. Otherwise, you lose. Diabolical. And, actually, truthfully, REALLY? One of the obvious of many outwardly and glaringly public SCAMS in our society!
And then the Judges? Guess what? They were Attorneys before they became Judges. And the Majority of our Main Political Figures, including the Presidents are Law School Graduates! :(
