    Max,

I'd like to know the same thing. Has anyone tried this service? They only allow Western Union along with some other unfamiliar payment processor. Then they state that they will refund only after 90 days. 90 days happens to be the amount of time that your credit card company could refund your purchase if services are not provided.

I tried Tazamania Advertising for 85 days with no results, cancelled, and received credit from my card company.

So has anyone used Superior Marketing, LLC and had any success?

    Thanks.

    Jeff

    Re: Superior Marqueting LLC

Why on earth would you use a service whose ToS prevents ALL recourse for getting your money back? That in itself should tell you that this is a scam.

I'll look at the site, though, and see if I can find anything else.

EDIT: And when's the last time you saw a .tv domain name... heh

    OK.

Flag #1: Poor content editing and, shall we say, 'creative' use of grammar. Not professional.
Flag #2: Unreasonable refund time. Thirty to ninety days is what most legit companies offer. That line about "35-45 days, but wait 90" is particularly priceless. :p
Flag #3: Freemail contact addresses. If they can make zillions by promoting your product, they can afford a frickin' mail system.
Flag #4 (in my humble opinion?): Unreasonable promises. "Get 1000 FREE Member Signups for all your FREE To Join Business Opportunities!" How on earth would they be able to guarantee that?

And now we get to the site registry... d'oh, it's privately registered.

Flag #5: Data doesn't match claims on the site. In business for over two years? Odd, that's not what ICANN says:

ICANN Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS, INC.
    Created: 2007-07-13
    Expires: 2008-07-13

    Whois Record
    Registrant:
    Domains by Proxy, Inc.
    DomainsByProxy.com
    15111 N. Hayden Rd., Ste 160, PMB 353
    Scottsdale, Arizona 85260
    United States

Bottom line: Yes, I smell a rat here.

    Hi guys,

I like the observertions Silvaerrain does, also I asked them for references from prior clients, they sent me a couple of yahoo email addresses they said were from people that bought their products on the past.

Both references replied almost at the same time (20 minutes difference) and the pattern of the emails is evident!

Even one of the "references" mentions that "she's a doll!", who in this world is going to say something like that about someone he just know by internet....

Thay also mentioned "Lisa is so sweet and very very honest", who of you have actually talked with anyone when buying stuff on the internet....I mean it happens once in a while but that communication is not enough to make that kind of statements, don't you think so?

Anyway,I think it is better to play safe and I'll stay away from them.

Thanks guys and good luck in your endeavors!

    Max

    Re: Superior Marqueting LLC

I have talked to Lisa for over half an hour, I drilled her about all the concerns and reservations I had, she has answered all my questions and have ordered 100 paid members, I know it is a risk and may lose my money but it was worth a shot.

From what I have gathered they buy 500,000 responsive surveyed leads at a time and farm them, they can deliver a fair number of paid customers for several different businesses out of each batch, she claims that she can make a decent profit margin.
She offers an incentive to each signup: She will get them their first paid customer for free. This way she gets your business and their business too, while greatly improving the responsiveness of the leads, she will ultimately make more than her customers do or if she was just promoting her own biz op. She claims that she has run several of her own and after she found her lead company she did very well but realized that there is a larger market for her expertise.

I admit that paying western union is very fishy and asked Lisa why she pushes that option, she answered that Pay pal will not except payment for any business that works email leads. She claims that she had $17,000 dollars worth of sales and had purchased the leads and set up campaigns for them when Pay pal refunded all the money and left her high and dry. She says that she set the western union up because her customers were mad and wanted to pay for what they ordered. She also has a pay by cc option but you only receive half the number of leads and don't get the other incentives (Still a good deal.) She also told me that because she works with email there is no way to legally prove that you received a service, people were purchasing her service, she delivered and they charged back their CC getting her service for free with out hope of her ever getting paid.

I don't know if this is a line of B.S or not but I am naturally a risk taker and am willing to lose the $575.00 to find out if she can do it.

I figure that I have her phone number, I know where she lives, she has a website that is traceable to the real owner by law enforcement if needed, If she rips me off I will press charges and file a federal fraud report, I may not get my money back but it will stop her from ripping other people off.

On the other hand if she is really able to deliver what she claims than I would really be sorry for not giving it a shot.

My campaign started last Monday July 30th it has been 2 days and I have noticed that there is a major increase in traffic so far (not including the traffic that comes as a bonus, I sent that to a different URL)
    I will keep you posted.

    Re: Superior Marqueting LLC

    Here is an update:
I just received my first paid customer from www.smllc.tv today, it has been a couple of weeks and I was starting to doubt that I would get any results, I have been noticing a lot of traffic through my tracking link though, today I checked and found that somebody had opted-in and signed up later through a follow-up email.
I haven't made anywhere near my money back from them (yet) but I am feeling more optimistic about the whole thing.

It is too early to say for sure but I am more confident than I was at first.

Pretty bold assumption there Mojo, speak for yourself, don't put words in my mouth.

You would think that this forum would not be hostile to somebody who is risking major $$ trying to figure out if a company is legit or not.

You are like the bully who wants to feel better about himself so he tries to make other people look bad, funny nobody who knows me says anything like that.

I am sure that you would never take a risk like I am, you don't have that kind of personality, you would much rather stand on the side lines and ridicule the players like the armchair QB who gets mad when the professionals try and fail, (or just trying as in this case, seems to be working so far) even though he could never even come close to being as good at the game.

BTW regardless of how well you would do or your opinion, I happen to be doing very well with I-Blueprint.

I take risk, I lose money sometimes and other times I find a valuable resource, nothing worth anything is free of risk.

I am taking a chance with my money, giving a step by step real-time account of my experience that is making this forum more informative, I am making the information that I was looking for (but couldn't find anywhere) available to everyone so people can make an informed decision as to risk theirs or not.

If this doesn't end up working I am the one who loses the money to find out, I wish there was somebody who already did what I am doing so I wouldn't have to risk mine.

I just hope that it helps somebody.

    :)

Well, LH, if it works out well for you, I will certainly retract my "slam." Good luck.

No need Silverrian, I did like the homework you did.
I did a lot of the same before I saw this thread, I agree that they raise a lot of red flags, for a while I was not going to risk anything, but after talking to Lisa I just decided to give it a shot. Maybe I am a sucker but maybe she will be able to do it. I will just have to wait and see.
