    Fraudulent Appraisals Scam

    Beware of a consortium of individuals trying to secure multi-million dollar loans off of false appraisals coming out of New Mexico, Mexico and Illinois. The group is lead by James Holder & Marco Antonio Olivas Flores of "Olibor Holdings." They have ZERO assets but will submit multiple properties worth supposedly Millions of dollars.
