I have a motorcycle policy with Progressive. I was in an accident and it took over a month and a half to even order the parts. I have had to talk to so many people and none of them seemed to even care. So I was without a motorcycle during spring break and my birthday. When I finally got the motorcycle back, the parts weren't all fixed. So now I am driving around a beat-up motorcycle. The most they were willing to do was take away my 250 dollar deductible. I felt like anyone I talked to at Progressive just didn't care. I imagine its because a motorcycle is only worth so much. Its not a car and therefore, I believe, they think its not as important.

Has anyone else out there been disspelled with Progressive's claim to great customer service?
