I have purchased home warranty insurance through with United Home Warranty on 03/19/2007, received contract number, agreement, etc. When I placed my first service call on 04/19/2007, I was denied any service as the comapny stated that they do not have ahome warranty agreement with me, not sure why I have contract information (it was sent my mistake), and they are not liable for any coverage to my home. Conveniant, isn't it? Pleae be careful using that company, or you will suddently find out you never had coverage regardless of any agreement, signed, on company letterhead after your 5th desperate contact attempt. The company will not disclose any reasons for denying coverage, besides I guess actually having a claim made. Any advice on legal action on the above matter is appreciated.
