Placed an order with BitInstant for BTC on June 18, 2013.. All I received was a generated email saying that they have received my payment however my "Transaction Failed" in converting to BTC... someone would be in touch shortly.. That was 5 days ago.. All attempts at filing a "Customer Service" report have failed as I have been completely ignored.. (e-mail is the ONLY method of support offered)..

Do NOT use this company EVER!! You WILL lose your money without fail... BELIEVE every bad report you hear about this company... I was stupid and did not...therefore I lost money.. Don't do the same thing.. AVOID BITINSTANT COMPLETELY!!!
