    Samsung customer service

    Purchased Samsung galaxy note 2 and Samsung galaxy note 10.1 in the last month, stylus defective will not replace, i pay for the packaging, the shipping, and wait up to 2 weeks to get a new stylus back "maybe"

    no customer service. Jeremy would not "alter policy" and so i made him stay on the line with me till i was done filing this complaint.

    WARNING: "TO ALL CUSTOMERS DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT APPLE SERVICE"

    Thank you good to know. I wanted a galaxy but i guess i wont anymore.
