    Hello,

    http://www.sec.gov/complaint/select.shtml

Lets all work together to report scammers like David Wood and have Empower Network shut down by the SEC!!!!

SEC doesn't care about Empower Networks.

But, the SEC does have a hotline - (877) 442-0854....

The SEC is more concerned about public companies, securities trading & ponzi schemes.

I think we would have better luck with the local States Attorney General, or the FTC.

But it is worth a try.

I could see EN being a ponzi/pyramid schem

Indeed, it is a pyramid scheme.

Sometimes pyramid turn into Ponzi schemes.

The nature of Empower Networks doesn't lend itself to a classic Ponzi wherein the douchebag at the top - David Wood - would payout to new investors monies from current investors. That ain't gonna happen.

That fvckstick David Wood is pocketing the money from his suckers and likely stashing the money in an off-shore bank account. Most likely a bank in Panama (those are the easiest) or dumber still a bank in Costa Rica.

Sooner rather than later his money will disappear.

If his money is in the States, which I doubt, his accounts will be frozen.

His only hope is Argentina, Ecuador, or maybe Cuba - No extradition treaties.

Don't worry, I am fairly certain the idiot will end up in prison in the States in the next few years.

Or worse, in a 3rd world shit hole prison.

The SEC won't care about a company that is not involved with equities. The government agency that the empower network scam should be reported to is the Federal Trade Commission.

I love how some people are using the PM function to try and gather support for reporting EN to the FTC. I got one myself LMAO.

We see how great it worked for Chris Campbell didn;t we.

Re: Report Empower Network to the SEC.

Interesting how the folks over at MLM.com are against EN as well.
Guess I'm not alone in my thoughts.

Pro MLM, but Anti EN. Hmm...

So let's go back to my original concern when Google started first with the Penguin upgrades and then the Panda upgrades. Google started targeting mass blogging platforms and de-indexing or otherwise significantly affecting search rank.

Now YouTube is deleting videos and shutting down accounts that point to Empower Network blog articles. That's because Youtube (read Google) considers EN blogs SCAM or SPAM.

News Flash - Google owns YouTube.

Facebook took action last fall and banned Empower Network.
I am so happy for the handful of people who made money with EN. Pyramids, Ponzis and other scams often do that for a very few people. Sometimes I wish I didn't have scruples ... I'm smart enough to see it coming, with just enough morals to let the rest of those poor sods keep their money.

Ask yourself a simple question: Would you be using their "training" if there wasn't a compensation plan attached to it?

If not, then that's what will inevitably lead to its demise. (IMO)

This circus is about to fold up the tents and leave town... and my guess is that certain check waving hucksters and charlatans will be back to pushing the latest Click Bank one button wealth generator while keeping an eye out for the next high dollar short term sleigh ride...

I think you mentioned something about being "strong as ever too". The chart says otherwise.

Do you think some of the folks that jumped to Empowered Network had a copy of the same chart?

    it is going strong jimmy...

In fact some people I know (LEADERS) in EN are still with Numis...

BTY werent YOU in with all the other haters when I talked about ALEXA ranking EN highly, and the chatter then was how useless ALEXA is????

Another fine example of someone using the very same thing they put down in order to try and get to a point.
