i have been scammed 47 times and iam sick of it

after been scammed 47 times i am freaking sick of it. i lost count of how money i have lost.

recently Get estore www.getestore.com site ripped me off $80 and it did not take me long to realize it was a big scam. i don't know where my head was when i sign up to them. maybe i was in a la-la land. I have e-mailed them 3 times now asking for a refund, and have not recieved a reply. I have read on line from other people who have also gotten scammed by this company and have never gotten a refund. Something needs to be done about this on-line scam that is taking money from innocent people. I want my $80 back that I paid for this!!!

Get Estore and Get- Estabbed!

    stay away from them

If you don't like scraping stuff off your shoes, don't walk on the lawn. Some people are just natural poo magnets.

In other words, if you have been scammed 47 times, or even close to it, you should pass your time with something else. Don't go where you can get scammed, and you won't get scammed.

Good luck getting satisfaction from that, or any other, questionable site.

You probably should not advise on scam prevention on your website or boast to be member of scam.com.

You're probably right. But, when someone claims to have been scammed 47 times, he/she should not be in the game. I don't gamble, because I'm no good at it. Not because I don't enjoy it. Trips to casinos for me are expenses, and I go in with that mindset. You gotta know when to quit. If you still ain't gettin' it after 47 times, you don't belong there.

So, you would suggest (advise) a person continue getting scammed?

I wasn't offended. Misunderstandings can go both ways. As much my fault.

i plan to make this thread a very long topic because after been scammed 47 times i intend to bust those scammers!!

for those ebay users you might want to read this

Its time for ebay to change!!! I had 100% positive feedback. I was very proud of that. On Dec 11th I bought on a buy it now auction a very old computer game. One you cannot find anyplace BUT ebay. The auction did state shipping in ten business days... My fault for watching this so long but ok, it may not make it by Christmas. Its for my husband, hell be fine with it being late. THEN I looked at the sellers feedback. (Yes, I should have done that first. I would have run!) MANY negative feedbacks for non shipment, or the thing doesnt work, no communication etc. So... I sent them an e-mail that day. Said its my fault for not buying this sooner, I had been watching it for weeks. And that if it doesn't come by Christmas thats ok, just please let me know. I also stated I know lots of crackpots leave bad feedback. I hope its not justified.

Well.. I got a reply right away. Very nice. She said she would make sure this went out this weekend the latest. So we would get it before Christmas. Christmas came and went. New year came and went. I started e-mailing them over and over. What happened? Was it shipped? Is this lost? Is there any tracking information? NO reply. Finally I opened a dispute through pay pal. THAT got a reply. Snippy one at that. they ship in ten business days, her father was ill so it went out in twelve, so they were two days late!

Now how would I know any of that when my last communication was well send it this weekend the latest??? I finally got a notice that it was shipped on Dec 29th. By this time the dispute was already opened. The box arrived by Jan 5th. I sent one last message with a copy of my e-mail, reminded them I e-mailed several times with no reply, and that even their own policy was TEN BUSINESS DAYS, not TWELVE but that this box finally did arrive. So I would not leave a negative feedback but they certainly didn't deserve a positive one either. I left neutral stating poor communication, very slow shipping. Thats all. Then I dropped the dispute.

Well low and behold I see a NEG. in MY PERFECT feedback from this idiot! WHY????

Isnt the idea of feedback to point out when someone does something WRONG? What did I do wrong? I paid the SAME DAY I ordered. Not ten business days later! Sent a very nice letter even pointing out how I would ignore their bad feedbacks. Did everything I was supposed to do. This was pure spite and I dont understand. I did not leave them a negative (though they deserved it!)

Now ebay will do NOTHING! Its not their policy to remove feedback. They recommend I leave a comment under the neg. but with only room for 80 characters, I certainly cant explain much. Apparently its not their policy to look into it at all. This guy has EIGHTY neg.. TWENTY in the past year alone. MANY for non shipment, or broken non working items. If ebay gave a crap at all they would fine, or remove such a seller. Its in their best interest. Sure they would loose his fees, but instead they lose MY business all together and countless others who experienced similar problems.
I think they should investigate EACH AND EVERY negative feedback BEFORE it gets posted. But they dont care.

This forum is just the start for me. I plan to find the mailing address of their CEO and send copies of this whole mess via certified mail directly to the CEOs desk! E-mails, the auction etc. THEN I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. I encourage everyone else who knows exactly what Im talking about to do the same!

is ebay a scam? you decide

ebay is not a scam. It's the buyers you need to worry about, and ebay was great for me when some one HACKED my ebay account and posted a few fraud auctions. They realized something was wrong before I had even logged in and quickly locked down my account and when I went to get help they quickly reset my password for me and took down the fake auctions. I think on scale of importance hackers are above negative feedback.

Why should you look there? Because it's not a get rich scam.

I've got to say I agree with dm1906.

If you've been scammed 47 times then you really aren't cut out for this online earning game. You are too guillible.

I suggest you do something that will earn you money without the risk of being scammed such as working for McDonald's.

Leave the online earning to people who don't jump on the latest get rich quick scheme and then complain when they lose their money. It'll save you a lot of heartache.

It was 47 people who scammed you in your first message, now it is 37?

So, you are ever-so-wealthy, much more wealthy than me (although you have no clue who I am) but you desperately want a measley $80 back?

I'm simply trying to suggest to you that you are not cut out for being an entrepreneur so stop getting scammed and go back to a 9-5.

Re: i have been scammed 47 times and iam sick of it

sorry i made a mistake its 47 time. the next scammer is call

    GreenZap.

People in this scam will try to discredit my statements here, and I dont care. They have a vested interest in trying to get as many people to sign up as they can under them and get those people to send in $100 so that they can get a portion of the money you send in. Do your research and make your own choice. Google "Greenzap" and "scam".

Greenzap is the brainchild of known scammer Damon Westmoreland.

Greenzap was started in April of 2005, and has yet to deliver upon it's service. It merely takes in $100 from hopeful people thinking this is their ticket to get rich without working.

The $100 goes towards your paying in to the pyramid ponzi scheme. The people above you get paid a portion of your "upgrade fee" and in turn for you to make money, you have to convince multiple people to sign up under you and send in the "upgrade fee"

To date Greenzap has been banned from being used as a word in auction listing on ebay, most email systems classify their emails as spam, and the free webcash is unspendable.

Their are no auctions, the "Storez" are commission junction and linkshare affiliates that are unaware that greenzap even exists (you have to make your purchases via credit card, the "merchants" do not accept greenzap as a form of payment)

The debit card has been promised since June of last year, and their offices are a mail drop pay per year virtual office space.

The $50 is not cash, it is a fake currency that was created by greenzap to act as a rebate coupon towards a percentage of a purchase from their commission junction affiliates. The rebates can take longer than a month to be reflected in your account, and may not be honored at the discretion of greenzap. The rebates are less than the discount offered by going directly through the merchant.

Webcash has no value. A gift of it of $50wc of $5000wc ammounts to a gift of ZERO dollars. It is fake, and merely a way for greenzap to pay only a portion of the rebate back to you that you would have gotten by going through the merchant directly(keeping the rest for themselves)

go to google and search for "greenzap" and "scam"

They are currently also in the process of selling valueless "pump and dump" stock. They managed to get traded on the stock pinksheets by having damon use one of his old dormant "companies" "buy" greenzap in a stoch trade. He bought Greenzap in a stock trade to himself. Shares currently trade at 6 cents a share due to the 1 to 1000 stock split they performed at the inception of the stock fraud.

The "400,000" members are people that signed up thinking they would be getting $25 or $50 free, not until later did they find out that webcash is unspendable, valueless, and ammounts to a rebate coupon that is worse than the rebate offered by the actual seller.

I agree - by all means, check out the Ultimate Wealth package by scrolling up on the page here, clicking on "Search" and putting in those 2 words. Look for the commentary from folks with more than one or two posts, and have actually tried it. You may find it's not all it's touted to be...

Nice job a04cmccl on bumping up your post count.
