How to Know which investment plans are legit

Is there anyone on the boards who would like to jump in and cite some quick tips or ways to spot a bad investment deal?

Sure. The first place to start is to check their license, registration, and records with the government financial regulators. Then talk to other people in the exact same field and ask them what they know about them.

If any investment plan offers 200%+ profit after a week, there is a chance of 95% scam.

If you plan to invest any money on a program, do remember to use Google search with the keywords words like "program name" with the combination of "scam", you may get some information.

It is almost too easy. Talk slowly. And see if the person on the other side is willing to wait in silence for you to ask your own questions.

If they try to talk 'over' you, hang up on them.

If someone is selling a legitimate investment, they will be patient and willing to wait for you to develop your own interest in it.
