    yes, this is scam.
    very old one.
    was around before the internet.
pay me money to tell you how to make money.
the way to make money is the way he is doing it.
run an ad and wait for gullible people to send you money.
i think its crosses the line that i won't cross. immoral.
but he doesn't think so and maybe you don't either.
i just wonder about all the wonderful things that could have been done with all the money stolen since then internet started. never pay for a job. never. job pays you. if you have to pay to get the job, its a scam.

if you want to know and you probably don't:
any offer that does not say what it is they want you to do for the money is a fake offer. no exceptions. they run a whole page telling you what you can do with all this money you will make and nobody ever makes any of this money. a real offer goes like this: i need somebody to flip hamburgers, pay is $6 per hour. see, no page full of mansions, cars and boats needed to tell you about the job.

next, the best way for most people to make money is stop charging on high interest credit cards. get a part time job, save a little money and have the bank pay you some interest.
