USA Card Services, Start Up Essentials, A-1 Leasing, James One

I would like to hear from anyone who has direct experience with any of these companies. They sell individuals a package of services with which to start an online company and promise they will make thousands. They send them a credit card machine that does not work on the Internet, a "free" computer that may not work, and fail to follow through on their promises of search engine submissions and so on. Or so report people both at scam.com and ripoffreport.com.

I am happy to keep information confidential, but I was contacted by them to do some work for them and just today I found out about all of these complaints. I want to be ver careful before I proceed.

    Mary

Are they asking you to be an employee of theirs? Personally I would not want my name attached to any of these companies. I was scammed by them and am still trying to get out of this lease. Startup Essentials is no longer providing the support that was promised when we signed this lease. Did you know there is a class action suit being filed by a lawyer in Texas. He is listing all these companies in the suit.

    David Grossman esq.
214-857-6000 who is filing a class action suit against A-1 et al. He
has almost 1000 people already. He won the 1st. battle in getting
the courts to accept the lawsuit. He is very nice to talk to.

I've been scammed by USA Card Services too. They promised "wholesale prices" by "qualified drop-shippers", which was a bunch of lies. Now, a collection agency is pressing me for the balance due A-1 Leasing. I'm so appreciative of the contact info for the class action suit. I've already left a message for the attorney to contact me. Thank you.
