    95% Disagree with Congress' Record

While not scientific, with 106,000 people voting, I am blown away at this poll

yea thats a pretty high number, for any side of any vote.

also pretty interesting to see this....

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is disputing former President Bill Clinton's account of who did more to pursue Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda. Which administration do you hold accountable?

    Bill Clinton's 24%

    George W. Bush's 53%

    Both 16%

    Neither 7%

thankfully, the US public isnt buying into this "blame clinton" BS.

Re: 95% Disagree with Congress' Record

I read quite a few newspapers, and it's became obvious the american public trusts the congress even less (if possible) than president Bush's administration. Bush has a public support of what, 35% by most polls now? I remember the figure for congress was even less.

The poll on the site may not be accurate because people from all countries can vote. Foreigners usually are quicker and more eager to dig the congress records and find out questionable material than the average american Joe. I do believe it represents the opinion of the majority of the web users though, but definitely not the american public.

The congress would not sit in Washington as we speak if 95% of americans didn't trust them. I'd say 60-70% is a more realistic figure.

I own a retail store and talk to people every day, of them, 100% think congress is untrustworthy SOB's, only out for personal gain. I have never talked to anyone that thought things were good. Most say we need to completely clean house and start fresh. I agree with them 100%.

Any CNN poll on their website is going to be stacked to the FAR left. You need to look at Gallop and other ACTUAL polls to get a real representation. The mainstream is NOT falling for the lies of the Liberal Democrats in this country. The proof will come in November.

I dont think it is a matter of "buying into lies"...I think it is just we are so
blamed sick of the former GOP (which it isnt anymore), that many just wont
vote. What is there to vote "for"??????
I see nothing but greedy, lying, manipulative and "up for sale to the highest bider" rif raf! Both sides! But what is so disappointing is how the party has
screwed us over and refused to respond to us mainstream Pubs....well, I
consider myself a recovering Pub and I dont know if I can hold my nose
tight enough to vote in Nov.
