Has a company ever survived being investigated by the attorney general

Ever heard of a company online being investigated by the attorney general and coming out on top. I mean an online business opportunity. The reason I am asking is I am in Zeek and was wondering if anyone can name a case where a company has survived what's happening to Zeek and recovered

Looks like you got hosed, man. I feel bad for you.

Avoid MLMs. The bad ones have destroyed the industry.

I love this summation of MLM by Citron Research:

In the United States, multi-level marketing (MLM) has become part of our economic fabric. It is not our proudest achievement, but nonetheless it has become a part of our society – one that sells dreams along with an array of overpriced products that most people can live without just fine.
    Not our proudest achievement! :yelcutelaughA:

Maybe this one is more to your liking then...

"One bad apple spoils the bunch"

Or, in the case of MLM, "A whole bunch of bad apple spoils the one or two good ones."

He used to be worth arguing with, now he sounds like a bitter old man, full of b/s.

Amway, & it was the FTC that took them to court...

Amway was also investigated by at least one AG (wisconsin) years ago. They were fined and ordered to provide more info with income disclosures.

New to scam.com? This is what you can expect from MLM critics in support of their claims ....

Not after the SEC shut them down and the owner admitted guilty and paid the fine, turned over the company, and appointed a receiver.

    Have you?

Bottom line is Zeek is done, the money gone for the most part. Now the claw back begins and people who made all the money get hosed. The lawyers soak up most of it and investors are screwed.

    Any questions?
