Hey, I'd dispute the charge with your credit card company, and also pretend to be another customer and get their PayPal account details and report them. PayPal will not let a merchant do financial services like currency exchange and will freeze their account and hold funds until they provide a mountain of paperwork which they won't have.

    Dear rana

    I am a new member in scam.com.
    I am verified Alertpay customer.
Today I registered with Moneyalter.com for converting money from my Alertpay to moneybookers.
I am very lucky I searched the google at the same time about Moneyalter, I saw your post in scam.com, thanks for your post.

I need Moneybookers money, if you are ready to give money bookers money I will give alertpay money.

    I need total $25.

We both are strangers, so we can exchange with $1, If you are ready I am ready to send $1 first, then you send back $1 to my MB. We can repeat these step 25 times.

Re: moneyalter.com is a scam BE CAREFULL

Moneyalter is a complete scam as I sent them $76 of Liberty Reserve cash as at 18th January of 2012 in exchange for PayPal cash.
I never see the cash and I contacted them more than 20 times and no reply.
I later did as if I wanted to order to exchange paypal cash after like 10 days that I've been messaging them.It was then that they replied me saying "sorry! !!I will do your order shortly" which was a complete scam message.
Up till now,I've not seen my LR nor Paypal cash.
This same person had been placing this site on facebook and twitter
Facebook name of this person is
    Clicker Alter DigitalCurrency
I should posted his facebook profile link here but he had blocked me from accessing his profile.
