A chinese con - Nanjing KY chemical machinery Co

Nanjing KY chemical machinery Co., Ltd - this little "Giant" - or whatever it is called in its company profile - was acquired by a German company but the CEO Guangzhi Liu was kept with its gang and it proved to be a big fiasco. Well, by digging deeper into the company organization, it showed that this Liu had moved his whole family into the company and made the company business into family affairs. You find all his relatives, friends, in-laws, out-laws and everything was discussed on the dinner table, you know, they liked to have family dinner together. The rumors and gossips were flying everywhere. When coming to business, you could find that Liu's gang had a firm control of all money issues, even for purchase of toilet paper. Some risible remarks from Liu: "Low-level people are not allowed to take elevator; Eat, sleep and work in the company 5 days a week and you should pay for the rent of the 4 to 8 people dormitary by yourselves, this is a chance for you to show your loyalty and devotion to the company; Why do you need PC? We survived without PC in the early 80s.(Well, there was no PC in the early 80s); If you work overtime, no overtime payment will be available - also a way to show your devotion." When having a meeting, it is like a "pick the bad guy" game, this Liu shouts, curses, bangs the table and greets the guy's ancestors trying to prove that the bad guy has the wrong pedigree and it is a favor that Liu has made so that this guy could have a job in the company. Of course, the bad guy is always someone outside his gang. When you want to talk business, you should wait until he is in the mood or sober after a bacchic revelry or nightwalking the day before. And it is by chance you find him in the office in the morning, the normal working hour for him starts in the morning at 11:00. and in the afternoon, 15:00. He disappears at 16:30 if the poker game with his gang does not keep him there. His compadres left him and set up factories outside. This really pissed him off and tried to compete with cut-throat price war. He claimed that a new model was invented but actually only an engine with a larger power output was put in the machine. When coming to the products, it was revealed that this Liu and some so called "researchers" disassembled a German machine and made copies of the components. By setting them together, he claimed that he had developed the first extruder in China - and this is why the company was called "a little giant". Copyright in his mind is the right to copy. After the acquisition, he found a new way to feather his nest from the company. He made a list of investments for production and asked for the money from the German company, like flatscreen TV for showcase which ended up in his living room. Even daily commidities, like toilet paper, tampons were on the list of reimbursement. By the way, the toilet paper was not provided in the toilet, you should take your own. You can easily figure out where all these things end up. He regards PC as a typewriter and a game console. He does not read mails so you can not expect any answer from him if not writing paper notes to him several times. In the company, there were some interesting figures, a former DA acting as HR manager and chariman of labor union. How come? This Liu was prosecuted for corruption during the early days and he slipped away from formal investigation and was approved "innocent". Then the DA came to work in his company and became a member of the board. What a coincidence. The company claims that it complies to ISO standards, but it gives you more suspicion than relief when you have a glimpse of the certificate. According to informant, it was bought.

When probing into the company history, you will see that a lot of names with Keya jumping out. Keya this, keya that, keya international, keya global. The reason for all this name changes is to for asset transfer. Well, if you look at its brochure, you can even find a picture of Keya in US. Well, I do not know where it is with a white house in a place like desert, but it gives me a impression of public toilet, on the outside wall, the company name "Keya" was on it, but you can clearly figure out that the name was a PS result. When it shows that this Liu was playing dirty tricks and luring the German company into a moneysucking trap, the German company tried to winkle him out and this caused him to act as a maffia. He shut the company gate and announced strike. The factory was out of production for a week. Now sitting in Singapore and looking back to all the fiasco. It is clear that this Liu plotted everything from the very beginning and the German compnay was conned into this trap because of its credulousness. They wanted to acquire the company with its market team and production facility, but what it gets is obsolete machineries and an old factory building. This Liu, after leaving the company, set up another company with the same name "Keya" in the same place as the old company. Now I can see the acronym for KY is Kill You. I see that it is now coming to US and I want to warn my US colleagues to watch out for this Liu and KY company. For those who want to have a glimpse of this big con, there is link here: http://www.kymach.com/. He is said to be an American citizen, but his business in China is mainly for tax-dodging.
