    ShortSale2Yourself.com

I'm curious about this website, looks like it was made in April, so it's fairly new. I am very worried about what will happen to this person if they follow through with putting the house in foreclosure to get this to go through, it sounds really fishy to me. Since it's so new I am having a hard time telling if this is a scam, something down deep says yes, but I don't know how to tell this person it is.

    It's nonsense - i.e.:
WE COMBINE THREE AREAS OF LAW TO STOP YOUR FORECLOSURE SALE DATE IN ITS TRACKS. WHEN YOU GET A NEW SALE DATE, WE CAN REPEAT THE PROCESS AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL THE TRUSTEE/LENDER FILES A MOTION IN COURT TO STOP THE PROCESS, THEN WE HAVE ADDITIONAL TECHNIQUES TO EXTEND YOUR STAY IN YOUR HOME FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER YEAR. IN CALIFORNIA PEOPLE STAY IN THEIR HOMES AN AVERAGE OF TWO TO THREE YEARS MAKING NO MORTGAGE PAYMENTS. ALL FORMS AND DOCUMENTS ARE PREPARED BY LICENSED DOCUMENTS PREPARERS.
It's not only nonsense, it's plain stupid. They want people to sign a "limited power of attorney" and without being attorneys they claim they will file the documents necessary to get you out of your mortgage.

Another very lame attempt at mortgage elimination.

Run as far and as fast as you can from Short Sale 2 Yourself website is Shortsale2yourself.com located in California

John Ames the owner of Shortsale2yourself works with Dwayne Omarr also located in California.

Claims they can overturn an eviction from the bank once you have received an eviction notice and are required to move for the fee of $599 paid upfront (of course.)

Once you have paid then they become difficult to reach ** phone and email.

So, I sent a non-preformance email demanding my money back and low and behold John Ames was then able to return my email.

He called me a liar and in an extremely abusive manner told me that it was all my fault that they could not do what he said he could do because I was no longer living at the property.

Gee I was evicted (go figure)

Then he stated he would refund my money and as you might quess after 2 weeks still hasn't.

John Ames of Shortsale2yourself.com and his buddy Dwayne Omarr make all kinds of claims of what they can do to help homeowners but the end result is not only did they not preform they took my money, did not return calls were abusive and pocketed the money.

Run from John Ames owner of Short Sale 2 Yourself before you victimized and out more money.

Looks kind of cheap and thrown together a little too fast. I would do a little more due diligence.
