    The Diploma Company aka DiplomaCompany.com = FBI?

    My wife was just stung twice by this gang of white collar criminals preying on anyone who is lured to their very fancy and authentic-looking website www.DiplomaCompany.com. We were swindled for over $300 more than 5 months ago, and to make matters even worse, my wife was suspended at her job with American Airlines after her boss said the FBI visited the Personnel Office and subpoenaed her employment records to investigate "possible employment and wire fraud", even though she ordered the diploma as a gag to impress her mother.

    Anyway, we only now found the below stuff about these fraudsters all over the internet. Hopefully others won't also fall victim. It pisses me off to think that the FBI will cause this grief for my law-abiding wife, but allows these scamming shysters to keep swindling people on-line!

    SCAM PATROL INTERNATIONAL REPORTS:

    We just completed a 9 month investigation of numerous fake diploma mills found on-line and could not find a legitimate one in the entire bunch! Of course no fake diploma is legit, but we were at least expecting delivery of a document. All of the below companies took and attempted to cash our checks but only one company (budgetdiploma.com) delivered a document which was totally useless since it had a huge watermark that said "REPLICA DOCUMENT" in 2 inch letters!

    But we marveled at the elaborate lengths the diploma company operating at diplomacompany.com went to to create so much false credibility for their web site as follows:

    1. Impressive professional looking website complete with "live customer service chat"

    2. Published street address (which is property rented in someone else's name)

    3. Toll-free number forwarded to pre-paid disposable cell phones

    4. Paid testimonial shills

    5. Land line telephone number (Turned out to be a Magic Jack line)

    6. Even their own fabricated "fake diploma review" web site!

    7. Paid bloggers spamming up the internet every day

    8. Even a hacker disabling scam alert links that expose their fraud

    These scammers are pros for sure and we give them an A+ for creativity and persistence. According to Greg Lawson at the FTC, this company has changed their name 6 times in the last 2 years and their base of operations three times in just the last year alone. Of the 872 complaints we received over the last year about diploma sites, 129 are accusing the diploma company, aka diplomacompany.com of either being a scam or a front for an FBI sting operation. Either way, people who send them money get NOTHING but an order confirmation number - just like us when we placed an order with them on March 3rd, 2011. The below links (spanning 2008-2011) are self-explanatory and are typical of the complaints SPI received.

    The other companies that turned out to be just plain thieves who take your money and deliver nothing are:

    * Next Day Diplomas
    * AAA Diplomas
    * Diploma Express
    * Express Diploma
    * Diploma Xpress
    * Xpress Diploma
    * Esquire Diploma
    * Real Deal Diplomas
    * Great Diplomas
    * Phony Diplomas
    * Deluxe Diplomas
    * Derby Documents
    * Global Diplomas
    * Excellent Diplomas
    * S&S Diplomas
    * College Board Diplomas
    * IBF Diplomas (an actual FBI Sting Operation)
    * Quality Diplomas
    * Best Diplomas

    In summary, if you think you can obtain a realistic looking fake diploma on line - guess again. If you send these people money, you will be swindled, AND you run the risk of becoming a subject of an FBI investigation for employment, interstate, & wire fraud if you order your diploma from another state by email or telephone. Beware or Be Sorry!

    Re: The Diploma Company aka DiplomaCompany.com = F

    Just found another complaint from 2008 on-line of yet another guy getting investigated and fired after buying a fake diploma from these sly guys:

    http://www.ripoffreport.com/internet...plom-82wef.htm

    After reading this report, I know understand why DiplomaCompany.com is allowed to stay in business - to entrap more people for prosecution!

    Re: The Diploma Company aka DiplomaCompany.com = F

    Dear Mr. Pigs Might Fly,

    Let me get this straight... Is this all about Diploma Company aka DiplomaCompany.com... Or is it about everybody else?

    Diploma Company may or may not be bad, I have never had any dealings with them, so I don't know.

    I have only ever used one of the companies you mention in your posting (and another one that you have not listed) and nobody has ever paid any undue attention to me, and I wasn't scammed.

    You seem to mention all these companies for no good reason and seem to go on the rampage, when they have done you no harm from what I can tell.

    You mention all of the following:
    * Next Day Diplomas
    * AAA Diplomas
    * Diploma Express
    * Express Diploma
    * Diploma Xpress
    * Xpress Diploma
    * Esquire Diploma
    * Real Deal Diplomas
    * Great Diplomas
    * Phony Diplomas
    * Deluxe Diplomas
    * Derby Documents
    * Global Diplomas
    * Excellent Diplomas
    * S&S Diplomas
    * College Board Diplomas
    * IBF Diplomas (an actual FBI Sting Operation)
    * Quality Diplomas
    * Best Diplomas

    Did you go and buy from all of them? if so, why???

    If if you really did buy from each and every one of these companies (and I don't believe you did) could we have specific details including names, telephone numbers, dates, what the degrees were and anything that we could follow up on for ourselves please?

    This is what some of the REAL degree advocates and watchdog sites do, and I think it is the proper way to do it. Anything else is hear say and that's not fair to anyone.

    By the way, you do mention one or two decent degree advocates in your rants and raves, so at least not all is bad...

    I do not believe for a moment that you did buy from all these companies so I do not expect you to follow through with my request.

    All I want is for people to tell the truth and not make stuff up, so hopefully when people read my comments they will decide for themselves and maybe ask you some questions also.

    I have used Phony Diploma (which is mentioned on your list) and although the work wasn't quite as good as I had hoped for, I did get a diploma for very little money and I did not get scammed.

    I don't think I would buy from them again since they are very much a novelty site and their diplomas don't look that real but they did deliver a product for the $300 I paid, which is not that much money.

    Sorry to hear about your wife getting busted for buying a fake degree. The very fact that the FBI subpoenaed her employment records in reference to a phony degree speaks volumes, don't you think...

    I am not an expert SamSam, all I know that I did my homework and in the end decided to hedge my bets and spread my risk ordering the 2 documents that I needed from 2 different companies that seemed to have good customer service.

    The companies I ordered from were phonydiploma.com and budgetdiploma.com They both delivered a good product.

    Phonydiploma was quicker and cheaper than Budgetdiploma but Budgetdiploma had a better template and responded to emails faster. Having said that, I am grateful to them both and it ticked me off to see these two companies that I have worked with and treated me well, slandered on the Web on the post that fellow member WhenPigsFly submitted.

    thecb.state.tx.us;
    The Texas Penal Code (Section 32.52) prohibits the use of fraudulent or substandard degrees "in a written or oral advertisement or other promotion of a business; or with the intent to: obtain employment; obtain a license or certificate to practice a trade, profession, or occupation; obtain a promotion, a compensation or other benefit, or an increase in compensation or other benefit, in employment or in the practice of a trade, profession, or occupation; obtain admission to an educational program in this state; or gain a position in government with authority over another person, regardless of whether the actor receives compensation for the position." Violation of this law is a Class B misdemeanor.
    Bet that you are even more ticked off to discover that using these 'documents' for anything besides a wall decoration is a crime in your state.

    Sorry Gents, I am not convinced by posts that appears to be posted by people with vested interests. I base my remarks on actual experience. The companies are scams and I am not the only one saying so.

    Wait, who spends $300 for a gag diploma? Answer is no one would, they would buy it to deceive someone or some company for a job, and isn't that illegal?
