I got a postcard in the mail, claiming to offer some kind of debt relief. I called up the 800 number, fully expecting a scam... And that's just what it appears to be.

It was a recorded message from a guy named Jonathan Hawley. Apparently selling the idea that your debts will just magically disappear if you give him a hundred bucks. And if you hang up, it automatically calls you back with another recorded message.

Real slimeball stuff, here.

I googled it and the first results are his site. I got results for the script to his recording, and some other material I'm not real sure about. The site itself seems to be an ordering page, but the documents come up in google.

Just google "dissolve your debt manual" and you'll find the rest. Hopefully somebody here can do something with this information...
