    Loan Secured Loan Company

Loan Secured Loan Company is one of the strangest scams I have come across recently. I am in search of a loan and been contacting several people who just end up looking for upfront fees so I am not stupid to comply with that but these people told me if I make a website for them they would send the loan without fees and I also have to give them a list of places they can post their ad. Sounds simple enough.

So I made a free website and everything was good, I was told the money would arrive Monday which of course it didn't. I was talking to the person and they said it should arrive by noon today but they would require a custom email and custom website address. I told them I had done everything they asked of me and now they were making more demands. He started getting aggressive saying "Do it now! I demand you or I will call Barclays and cancel the loan". I told him I will do what he needs when I see the money in my account as promised to me by him. So to cut this long story short he started using foul language when I wouldn't give in and told me he had cancelled the loan so I took down the website too.

I even told him I had called Barclays and they told me the loan was never sent and he said "How you call them you have no credit in phone" which just left me confused.

    Contact Details:
    Email: loansecuredloan@gmail.com
    Skype: clement.otoide
Names: Clement Otoide, Johnson Calvert and "www.loan securedloan.com".

This was in their email too:
    Loan Secured Loan Company
    Headquarter: 43 Knightleys Street
    Basildon,
    Essex England, SS155aw
    Tel: +447045740523
    FAX +44 7005-931 194
    loansecuredloan@gmail.com

The Address takes you to a housing estate on Google Maps and in the google search results is listed as JG Construction Ltd.

Please do not waste your time with this person/people. I have not lost any money but just valuable time.

    Re: Loan Secured Loan Company

As you already know, 100% scam.

    There is no loan.

There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money.

Real loan officers do not use gmail, hotmail, yahoo or any other free email addresses.

Usually the next email would be from another of the scammer's fake names and free email addresses and will demand you pay for made-up fees, in cash, and only by Western Union or moneygram.

Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. The clerk will not bother to check ID and will simply hand off your cash to whomever walks in the door with the MTCN# and question/answer. Neither company will tell the sender who picked up the cash, at what store location or even in what country your money walked out the door. Neither company has any kind of refund policy, money sent is money gone forever.

Any phone number that starts with +44-70 or anything similar is not based in the United Kingdom. It is from a UK based cell phone redirect service that can be answered by anyone anywhere in the world. It is a favorite service of scammers who want to pretend to be in the United Kingdom but are really half way around the world from there.

Now that you have responded to a scammer, you are on his 'potential sucker' list, he will try again to separate you from your cash. He will send you more emails from his other free email addresses using another of his fake names with all kinds of stories of great jobs, cheap loans, lottery winnings, millions in the bank and desperate, lonely, sexy singles. He will sell you email address to all his scamming buddies who will also send you dozens of fake emails all with the exact same goal, you sending them your cash via Western Union or moneygram.

You could post up the email address and the emails themselves that the scammer is using, it will help make your post more googlable for other suspicious potential victims to find when looking for information.

Do you know how to check the header of a received email? If not, you could google for information. Being able to read the header to determine the geographic location an email originated from will help you weed out the most obvious scams and scammers. Then delete and block that scammer. Don't bother to tell him that you know he is a scammer, it isn't worth your effort. He has one job in life, convincing victims to send him their hard-earned cash.

As you know, whenever suspicious or just plain curious, google everything, website addresses, names used, companies mentioned, phone numbers given, all email addresses, even sentences from the emails as you might be unpleasantly surprised at what you find already posted online. You can also post/ask here and every scam-warner-anti-fraud-busting site you can find before taking a chance and losing money to a scammer.

And, yes, the rude, demanding emails and calls are typical of a scammer trying to get his victim to do what he wants.

    Re: Loan Secured Loan Company

This is an absolute scam. I am in the process of opening a secured loan company myself and we absolutely do not, not for any reason, collect up front fees. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of getting a loan if you have to pay for it. I have seen several people lose money by these type of scams and the FBI has so many of them right now that have been brought to their attention, they cant even handle them. Be very careful.

I`ve got one question, guys, we know that if you need money but you don`t want to leave your house you can find a site where loans are provided and then arrange everything with those guys, but can they simply send money to your credit card? I`m really interested in this, if anyone could answer the question it`d be simply marvellous, no less!

OMG, shame on this company. That's ridiculous, they act stupidly. You obviously shouldn't waste your precious time for this company, I think you should try to take a loan on payday loans in California. I'm convinced this step will solve your problem

There never was a 'company', it was a complete scam. In fact, the website in the OP went offline back in 2011, 7-8 years ago.

No info on Aleksei Dementiev or Partizan Corp. really.

However, both show up at websiteinformer.com has being related to some other website's and being located in Minsk, Belarus.

Cannot say I would recommend that website. Looks to be another scam.
