Thanks for posting up that information about a scammer. Did the 'banker' want you to pay for court costs and fees in order for you to gain access to a long dead millionaire's dormant bank account? Or did the 'banker' work for an sexy, beautiful orphan trapped in a refugee camp using the pastor's laptop to profess her love for you? Either way, as you know, it is a scam.

Re: Bank Transfer Charges for Receiving Payment

The Client Prince, initially came to us with a query for our related products and as a result we have given them Invoice to pay their bank. They signed back the invoice with their Signature and Seal and finally they informed that they have instructed their local bank "SGBC Bank" to pay in favor of us. But the bank is unable to tranfer such big amount and they have communicated with their affiliated bank in Spain "Tower Bank" who has received a Bond from SGBC with the total amount quoted. They are asking now the Bank payment charge which is amounted $5,990.00 before they transfer the amount to us as they cant deduct the bank charge from the Bond they get from their affiliate bank.

FYI-- SGBC Bank is available in Cameroon, but the Tower Bank in spain is not available though bank named Tower Bank is available in some other country.

Hope this experience will help you guys who is used to in doing online business and international transactions.
