Re: payday loans

at a "legit" p-day loaner, o my brother, you will be paying the
HIGHEST interest rate the law will allow- plus whatever "service
fees", and penalties they think they can get away with.
Difference between a p-day loaner and a loan shark?
Miss payments with a loanshark, and he'll attack your knees with a baseball bat.
Miss payments with a p-day, and he'll attach your wages with a
    lawsuit.
Why not throw a Rent party instead?

Serves about 30+ countries, there's a drop down list from where you can choose yours. You don't need to meet any special requirements or tell them what you are going to use the money on. But you do need to have an income and you have to be at least 21 years old (note 21, not 18). The interest rates vary from 8% to 12% per year (the more you loan the less interest you have to pay)

I also applied for a 200.00 loan. They took the 19.00 fee and then took 44.00 from my bank account. I have been waiting two weeks and still have not recieved the 200.00 loan.
When I called the number given, all I get is an answering machine. This is crazy. This company is a rip-off!!!

    Re: payday loans

Do you really need the money that quickly and can't wait to till your next paycheck? You will pay astronomical interest rates. Plus you put yourself in a real danger of putting yourself in a hole you can't get out of.

I made this mistake about 11 years ago. If there is any possible way not to do a payday loan you need to.

Why yes, and there are lots of us lurking about.

Everyone should know the interest rates on those payday loans are exhorbitant. So, unless it is a medical emergency no one with the I.Q. of a head of cabbage would get one.

Re: Help!!! tell me if this company is scam please

lol "reliance pay day" i love all these company names mlms use. "liberty" "integrity" alliance4cash lol all that stuff. you think they woulda learned by now and changed the game up a little. i mean, why call your company "get paid friendship blah blah" when you can just come up with a normal name.

i never trust anybody who actually has to point out they are honest or that id get paid. thats a given, unless your operating a scam and trying to convince people.

Payday loan collection scam showing up again

There's a new scam the IC3 is tracking. This one is a payday advance collection con. The scammers claim to be collecting for an overdue payday loan. Focuses on of this scam contain people who use payday loans. A lot of people who have never taken out a loan are also being targeted. Post resource - Payday loan collection scam victims at risk of identity theft by MoneyBlogNewz.

Seeing many payday advance collection scams

It is simple to understand the new payday advance collection cons. In a phone call, an official sounding agency can be who's calling. This may contain the Federal Legislative Department, the FBI or other law firms. Other family member names, your social security number, your account number or even the name of your bank may be known by the caller. They'll ask that you pay with money, check, charge card or use the account on file for a direct debit. Your signature can be requested with a document. It will state that you will "never dispute the debt" being paid.

Con may be even worse with identity theft involved

The payday loan collection scam carries several potential risks. You might lose more than just cash in this scam. Identity theft is a significant concern with your information out there like that. Some of the scammers even threaten physical injury. Make sure you protect your identification immediately if this happens to you. All three credit reporting agencies should be contacted immediately. Then, get an alert put on your account immediately. Make sure you let your bank know as well. Your local law enforcement and IC3 are who you are able to file a complaint with.

Exactly what a payday lender will do for real

Payday lending is a large risk sometimes. It can be hard to get everything together right. By offering credit products to customers who have little or no credit history, short term credit locations take a big danger. About 20 percent of payday loans end up in default, and personal loan companies have little recourse. A reputable cash advance store, for instance those that operate in Reno, Nevada, might contact you if you default on a payday advance debt. All local and national laws about debt collection can be observed with these calls. Everyone who says they hold your debt might be someone you should ask for verification from or get some follow up.

Before deciding to go for payday loans, remember that the high interest rates can push you further into a deeper financial crisis. If you are sure you can handle that, then I will advise you to stay away from payday loan companies which carry out the following activities:

They tempt you with unreasonable attractive offers
They charge a very high upfront fee
They transfer funds over the internet

You can do an online search and read reviews about the company, be sure to check if the company is BBB accredited. Research is what you need to land up with the right company, no short cuts here.
