    Themco - Terry Gilder?

Anyomne familiar with this scamer? It looks like this scumbag is starting his own reverse pension plan type scam called LibetorONE

Here is a post describing this utter scam

New Endowment Policy, the website for this is called the Ultimate Co-operatve:
    http://www.themco-co-op.com/?ref=REFLINKREMOVED

The TeamTHEMCO Co-Operative is FREE TO JOIN, so nothing to lose and all to gain.
For detail info & newletters sign up here for free: http://members.themco.net

Check this out; Terry Gilder is founder and owner of this concept, and of Insurance company etc.
Passive or active income, you chose.......
FREE to register now and soon the bank will be ready to take our payments, $90 per policy giving $90K..

Pays out rather soon at 10000 persons, and now we are over 4000 in only a few days.
We become Shareholders and we will be offered other fin.opps later on......
We are now ready for you to join the TeamTHEMCO Co-Operative and become a Shareholder of this exclusive group,
    of sharing caring individuals.

As a Shareholder, you will be able to participate in any opportunities that the co-operative is able to offer it's Shareholders,
including LiberatorOne initially, also acquire any products or services, sourced at the request of the Shareholders, from time
to time. As this is a non profit making organisation, all the profit or savings is for the direct benefit of the Shareholders.
We have many plans and we will be working to make these into a reality along the journey to assure a better life and a
    better planet.

The Structure to fulfil LL/TT1.09 (LiberatorONE):

The THEMCO Co-operative will function in association with an Investment company, a Captive
Insurance company, a Reinsurance company, a CatRe ( Catastrophy ) Reinsurance company, a
Worldwide Insurance company, a European Insurance company, a Management company, a Hedge
Fund, a Trading Company, a Bank, a Trust, a Foundation a Bridging Finance facility and of course a
Golf Club. How else are we going to unwind after dealing with that lot???.
These companies all participate together in the Initiative No.1 and administering and setting up
    the Annuity Fund(s).

An annuity fund is similar to a pension and is usually paid monthly. It is related to a person – the shareholder –
but it can make provision for the annuity to be taken over by a spouse once the primary beneficiary dies.
Naturally the ability to pass on the annuity is reflected in the monthly payments which will be smaller than
for an annuity not handed on.
A shareholder can have more than one annuity

State of Play – Where we have got to in putting this all together

The majority of the associate companies listed above are existing and some established for
    a very long time.
The remainder we are forming as the collection of reservation fees permit.

Please see below an excerpt of the text of a letter from our Lawyer:

Re: Current Status of “The Captive Insurance Company”

After extensive negotiations, we have developed and is now pending contract with a major Reinsurance Company.
We have set the parameters, organization and structure of the Captive Insurance Company to commence
    operations shortly after incorporation.
We have allocated up to $50 million USD worth of Senior Life Settlement Policies for Paid in Capital to The
Captive Insurance Company. The hedge funds are in place to purchase the policies and we have a letter of intent
from the bank for the issue of the Senior Life Settlement Policies.
We have set up normal operating procedures for an international based life insurance company to do business
    in the EEC.
We have developed and is now pending a contract with a major Catastrophic Reinsurance Carrier.
After extensive research and negotiation, we have established a relationship with the two major banks,
two major law firms and an accounting firm to assist us in all aspects of the organization and incorporation.
The letter continued: I would also like to confirm that the $50 million USD of assets to support and capitalize
the Captive Insurance Company is available upon completion of the incorporation; also we have negotiated
and have pending a minimum $1 million USD credit line.
We are currently completing the organization of a $100 million USD to fund Captive Insurance Company
    subject to company formation.
Finally, we have completed a detailed Business Plan that is ready to be submitted to the Finance Minister.
I shall continue to update you as matters progress. However, we are anxious to receive the funds from
    Asle Frydenlund.
Please assure Mr. Frydenlund that we have made significant progress and hope to have all ******* and
contracts signed in the near future.
When urgently need the requisite funds to allow us to go forward and finalize our arrangements.

    Sincerely,
    S. D. H, Jr.
    Attorney and Counsellor at Law

You have our word that this is a copy of the text from our Lawyer in Atlanta GA, with only the name of
the Captive insurance company removed and replaced with the word “captive”.

You will be informed of the name of the Captive Insurance Company when the formalities of the approval of
the business plan, deposit of the $50M of capital and the $1M cash and the incorporation have been completed.

The Captive insurance Company, Bermuda. Why Bermuda, why not?
The Captive Insurance company, the key element in our strategy for Initiative No.1 LL/TT1.09 is to be formed,
    incorporated and run from Bermuda
As the question above says why Bermuda ? That is because Bermuda is the world’s largest centre for captive
insurance companies, all the big boys are there and since we need to work with these large international
companies we need to be near them.
Another reason, it has lovely pink beaches – one per couple. And is generally a rather nice place to do
Business and relax at the end of the day.

Whilst your opinion is acknowledged (under the freedom of internet speech), so is your defamation and your lack of emotional control.

Your lack of facts and logic, coupled with your over use of emotionicons, shows how an individual can abuse the purpose of the internet and waste the time of so many considered readers.

Many I recommend that in future you think before you type.

just call your broker and say, this is what you want to invest in, you want to buy shares.

your broker will tell you there is no such thing as this.

Don't just talk about it, Augie,

    Get out there and sue.

Consult a lawyer ASAP, petition the courts, contact your congressman, institute a civil action,

Get these no good naysayers into a courtroom and DEMAND the judge allow Terry Gilder, Themco and your good self to force DISCLOSURE of any and all facts pertaining to these scurrilous allegations.

I'm sure Mr "Gilder" and "Themco" would be only too happy to participate in such court proceedings.

Just think of all the free publicity "LibetorONE" would gain from such exposure.

They could explain to the court exactly how their "opportunity" works and how they've managed to find a workaround for those pesky SEC regulations regarding the sale of "shares"

Perhaps you could arrange for representatives from the "Investment company, a Captive Insurance company, a Reinsurance company, a CatRe ( Catastrophy ) Reinsurance company, a Worldwide Insurance company, a European Insurance company, a Management company, a Hedge Fund, a Trading Company, a Bank, a Trust, a Foundation a Bridging Finance facility and of course a Golf Club" to appear on behalf of Mr "Gilder" and "Themco"

    WooHoo !!!

Imagine the looks on the collective faces of the naysayer brigade when they come face to face with such a high powered bunch across a crowded courtroom.

DO IT, Augie, DO IT !!!!
The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing
