but my main concern(already searched in forum, found nothing...) is if there are sites which work, outside the US, in France.

You're out of luck and about 4 months too late to ride the gift sites wave. None of the usual suspects, YF Direct, MetaRewards, Niu Tech, or IDeal, work with people outside of the US. If you have a good friend in the States who would be willing to serve as your "local" address, then you have a shot at it. Consumergain still has the laptop, but it's not on the front page of the site. There are plenty of references to the lapyy's URL around here, just search for it. Niu Tech has an Alienware lappy for 15 offers.

lol, ill take it, hell, maybe we can switch, i dont even care if u live in central africa, as long as i can get out of this forsaken place. trust me, europe(or at least france) is not like it seems, not AT ALL, the only difference between here and the US is that they hate the US culture, and want to be "different"(which ofcourse makes their particular brand of superficial difference pretty much the common stereotype here). and of course that they are retrograde and dogmatic.

then again, im not sure if u r just trying to ask me to stop being annoying trying to find something :)

anyways, coming back to the point, is there any europeans here who have actually got something?

As it's been said before, the free gift scene is for US residents. All the somewhat reputable companies make it very clear. Part of the issue is the transfer of computer equipment overseas (they don't want to get into export license hassles and the fact that US law prohibits the transfer of technology without a lot of red tape) and the fact that the sponsors are US companies (who also don't want export hassles for their cheap little products and who would lose the ability to sue or pursure the customer via other legal venues if the need arose).
