SoSeven So7 Townhomes Lofts Condos Downtown Fort W

STRICTLY THE OPINION OF A BROKER WHICH WAS NOT PAID A COMMISSION BY THE DEVELOPMENT AND SALES REPS

Brokers, Realtors, Real Estate Professionals and Buyers of the Downtown Fort Worth Real Estate Market. Please be warned, So7 Lofts Condos Townhomes do not pay commissions to Brokers who register buyers as advertised on the MLS Multiple Listing Service. Denise Elliot the salesperson will e-mail you're client incentives from the registration card and will not call when your client comes in to write a contract.

UNLIKE EVERY OTHER DEVELOPER IN THE METROPLEX of Dallas Fort Worth.

They have no obligation to pay a commission if you're not the present when your client signs a purchase agreement. Denise Elliot will NOT call you to inform you that you're client came in their office LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THIS BUSINESS. We all know buyers don't always remember to call us REALTORS, but you would think the Sales Rep would since they want sales and closing from REALTORS.

This is the most unprofessional way to earn the respect form the Broker community and I hope we can save you the hardship. Please be warned and avoid, if you bring a buyer to their development they have no professional standards and tell you it just "business".

So7 Sales Reps advertise on facebook,
( http://www.facebook.com/So7FortWorth....2530081993..1 ). They say they are Realtor friendly. Do not leave your clients e-mail / phone number with them if you visit them with a potential client. They will steal your client and hard work. Then advertise on Facebook Fan Pages they got a sale. AVOID AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE IT WILL COSTS YOU.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS TO LEAVE YOUR CLIENTS INFO WITH THE SALES REPS

    Here is the website www.sosevenfortworth.com/

SoSeven is a 25-acre mixed-use development featuring Mediterranean Townhouses, Contemporary Condos, Luxury Lofts, and specialty retail adjacent to Trinity

BUYERS-really should wonder if they should trust the sales reps. What are they doing to them. Time will tell. Please post your experience with Denise Elliot.

Re: SoSeven So7 Townhomes Lofts Condos Downtown Fo

They only paid a Realtor 10% of a 3% commission; because, they were not present when the Realtor and Buyer signed a contract with Denise Elliott to buy a condo at So 7 Townhomes - Art House. The agent registered them 3 months earlier. Denise told this agent that they didn't buy what they registered for. They bought a Art House condo not a town home on Museum Way. Denise is a crook.

Also, from a lender that works with Denise said, "she was over heard saying So 7 town homes paid this same agent a full commission AND THIS IS ALL FALSE.

This agent is passing out copies of the check...and should post it online...

They are a bunch of crooks down there at So 7 Townhomes for Realtor business...I have not taken anyone there since I heard of this and now support this agent 100%.
