    . . . angry customer

    Hey everybody

    I have a cousin in DC who is in an MLM company that markets telecommunication products that require a monthly payment. This particular customer he signed up failed to pay their bill and the mlm company turned off their service.

    This customer approached my cousin and started arguing in front of everyone about how they wished they never tried the service in the first place. This was in front of his other prospects.

    Now clearly I believe that they should've paid their bill and this wouldn't have happened. However, I know he felt like telling her a few things in return.

    Now I know we are professionals and our companies have a positive affect on us mentally, emotionally and sometimes spiritually. But being the professionals that you are how would some of you handle that situation?

    As a professional that thinks all Mlmers are dreamers that do not understand basic math..

    A true MLMer would just look at the angry customer and tell them:

    Ummm. I'd like to know of a phone company (MLM or otherwise) that wouldn't shut off someone service if they didn't pay their bill. I expect there is more to this story then we're hearing, but you fail to pay, you lose your service. That is true of MLM or Verizon, AT&T, Qwest, Vonage, etc!

    As for how I would handle the situation, I have no idea because I don't feel like I have all the facts here.
