So......what? I could cook up some conspiracy story like this too.

And is this really David Ferrie?

So what? He says, acting dumb. Then in the alternative, he pretends that it is not David Ferrie.

Furthermore, unlike the single bullet theory, this is simply evidence provided by private sources debunking the official story.

    Get over it Route-66.

    Oswald did not kill Kennedy.

Oswald knew David Ferrie. ( and Jack Ruby)

He was set up in New Orleans and framed in Dallas.

    These are the facts.

You are proven wrong once again.

Danrush ASKED if that was David Ferrie which is a legitimate question , he did not pretend and in fact there is considerable doubt whether it is Ferrie or not.

The individuals face is partially obscured and viewed from the side and bears a resemblance to half the male population.

This photograph is weak at best , even if it does show Ferrie and Oswald together it is meaningless since Ferrie had nothing to do with Kennedy's assassination.

The facts you stated have been proven to be fiction rather than fact.

Oswald killed Kennedy and a mountain of courtroom worthy credible evidence supports that fact.

None opposes that fact and you can present no credible evidence otherwise which is why you have never tried.

There is no evidence worth a damn to suggest Oswald knew Guy Banister or Jack Ruby those claims do not stand up to any scrutiny.

Oswald lived in N.O> but was not set up he did kill Kennedy and was not framed.

You can deny those facts all you like but you cannot support your denial with evidence and yes since evidence proves Oswald did it the burden of proof is on you to dispute what the evidence proves.

    Re: Oswald Knew David Ferrie

    (1) Jack Martin was interviewed by FBI agents Regis Kennedy and Claude Schlager on 25th November, 1963.

Martin advised that in his occupation as a private investigator he has had occasion to develop considerable information about Ferrie and reported it to Richard E. Roby, Special Agent, Investigative Division, Office of Compliance and Security, Federal Aviation Agency, Washington, D.C., who must have a big file on Ferrie as they conducted a complete investigation of his activities in New Orleans several years ago. Martin advised that he called WWL-TV Station and furnished the station with background information about Ferrie, particularly his homosexual tendencies and the fact that he formerly operated the Civil Air Patrol. He also told them that Ferrie was an amateur hypnotist and that it was his idea that Ferrie may have hypnotized Lee Oswald and planted a post-hypnotic suggestion that he kill the President.
Martin stated that has visited in the home of David Ferrie and he saw a group of photographs of various Civil Air Patrol cadet groups and in this group he is sure he saw several years ago a photograph of Lee Oswald as a member of one of the classes. He stated he did not recall the group that Oswald was in or any other details. In addition he stated that Ferrie conducted military type drills with rifles, fatigue clothes and helmet liners of the Civil Air Patrol Cadets and he recalled that Ferrie claimed to have taught these cadets how to shoot. Martin stated that he observed in Ferrie's home a number of foreign made firearms and it is his opinion that Ferrie could have taught Oswald how to purchase a foreign made firearm or possibly have purchased the gun that was shown on television. He advised that he saw similar type weapons at Ferrie's home when he visited there two years ago.
Martin advised that Ferrie discussed with him the charges of crime against nature which resulted in the his arrest by Jefferson Parish authorities and he recalled that Ferrie had told him that one of the "kids that was a witness against him" had moved to Mississippi from New Orleans and subsequently joined the United States Marine Corps. He heard on television that Oswald had been in the Marine Corps therefore he surmised that Oswald was that "kid," that he was a witness against Ferrie in the crime against nature charge that had joined the Marine Corps. Martin explained that it might have been the same individual or a very close coincidence.

If you had bothered to read the threads on this subject you would know better than to revisit this nonsense.

Jack Martin was and remains a worthless source lacking in any credibility. And that is not my opinion it is known by many.

Jim Garrison was interviewed by Life magazine in 1966 and stated that Martin was " completely undependable " , " crazy" , and " an incorrigible liar".

Jack Martin had been in and out of mental institutions , had been diagnosed as schizophrenic and anti social. He was a a well known documented alcoholic and a drug addict.

He is known to have had a personal grudge against David Ferrie which is why he began this urban legend concerning Banister / Ferrie / and Oswald.

No credible witnesses have ever supported his claim and no evidence links Oswald and Banister. No evidence links Ferrie and Oswald beyond being in the same CAP unit which is hardly an indictment.

So all these folks died in New Orleans during the Shaw trial and we are supposed to believe that was just another coincidence?

They did not die during the Shaw trial.

There is no need for myths.

Who are you referring to, and when did they die?

Ferrie for one. Died before the trial specifically in 1967 , the trial started in 1969. And of natural causes specifically a brain aneurysm. but of course you will now claim without any supporting evidence that the coronors report was faked.

Guy Banister for another. died of a heart attack in 1964 way before the trial.

Jack Martin who drank himself to death in 66.

Were you referring to someone else?

In February 1967, a press leak concerning Garrison's secret investigation was followed immediately by the death of his prime suspect, David Ferrie.

When Shaw drove Oswald to Clinton to register to vote, Ferrie's orange hair and painted on eyebrows made seeing David Ferry a truly unforgettable experience.

A decade later, when the US Congress House Select Committee on Assassination took a second look at the Clinton inncident, they took the testimony of Clinton Town Marshall John Manchester. Manchester testified that he had approached the black Cadillac from which Oswald had emerged and instructed the driver to produce his driver's license. The guy gave his name as "Clay Shaw" from the International Trade Mart and produced a drivers license to match.
