    Nixon

    The Death Of John Kennedy

Why Nixon resigned instead of facing impeachment.

Nixon resigned over an obstruction of justice charge (with some of the legal groundwork prepared by a young Hillary Rodham). Nixon resigned gracefully, the media declared the incident over and Gerald Ford declared that it was time to "put the whole affair behind us and move forward". This was done because the last thing anyone wanted in Washington D.C. was an impeachment trial. Even Nixon's worst enemies dared not allow it. The reasoning was simple. Sooner or later, someone would ask the following question.

"Why, when Nixon's re-election was a study in foregone conclusions, was it necessary to break into the DNC headquarters at the Watergate?"
The answer to that question, never asked by politician, never asked by a servile media, was THE dark secret that could not be revealed; the secret that would have brought down the entire government!
Years later, it did come out what had been the motive for the break-in. It was connected to what Nixon called "Hanky Panky" on the White House tapes.
The DNC had gotten copies of the photographs taken of the three tramps in Dealey Plaza, and identified two of them as long time Nixon henchmen E. Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis. This put the DNC in a position to at least blackmail the President, if not expose him outright. This is why E. Howard Hunt lead the break-in; it was his own ass he was trying to save.
The photos resurfaced as part of a news story, and E. Howard Hunt sued the publisher, Liberty Lobby. He lost. Attorney Mark Lane provided witnesses that placed E. Howard Hunt in Dealey Plaza at the time that John F. Kennedy was killed.
    The photos.

The tramps in Dealey Plaza. The enlargements of E. Howard Hunt is from the third frame down. The enlargement of Frank Sturgis is from the bottom frame.

    Sturgis as a tramp.

    Sturgis as a Watergate burglar
    E. Howard Hunt as a tramp
    E. Howard Hunt as a Watergate burglar.

This is again easily proven false. Hunt and Sturgis were none of the tramps arrested in Dallas. The photos are of four different men.

Contrary to popular belief the tramps were arrested and booked and the Dallas PD still has the records including their names.

There is no record of these arrests.

    Produce your "evidence."

The important thing here is the Liberty Lobby case.

"The photos resurfaced as part of a news story, and E. Howard Hunt sued the publisher, Liberty Lobby. He lost. Attorney Mark Lane provided witnesses that placed E. Howard Hunt in Dealey Plaza at the time that John F. Kennedy was killed."

Not winning this lawsuit effectively said that they WERE there.

You don't like Mark Lane and have to discredit him because he won the only case in the JFK assassination that showed government involvement.

You show little comprehension of civil law here.

Losing or winning a lawsuit effectively proves NOTHING and that applies to any law suit since law suits are about money never something like truth. So your claim about a law suit is irrelevant.

WHat is relevant is that you are proven dead wrong and debunked yet again.

The Dallas police arrested and booked the three tramps the record of these arrests are still maintained in the Dallas municipla archives and records center.

The names of those three men are , Harold Doyle , Gus Abrams , and John Gedney .

Not only does the Dallas Police still have the records of their arrest and booking but a record exists of their stay at a local rescue mission the night before the assassination.

These three men had no connection to the assassination and were truly just homeless guys hitching a ride on trains which was nothing unusual throughout America.

The identity of these men was established on the day of the assassination and it is nothing but an ongoing staple lie to ignore this fact by conspiracy theorists to include Garrison.

People who fall for conspiracy tripe simply never bothered to ask the Dallas PD about these men and manufactured the myth that they were released without being identified.

Like so much else in the conspiracy cap it is simple nonsense.
Those are hard facts and proven by documented records sorry little boy but you are beaten again the claims of Sturgis and Hunt being there are laughable and fictitious.

BTW no credible witnesses place them there although many do clearly place them elsewhere at the time of the assassination making for a backwards alibi

Everyone know the tramps are a dead end. But thanks for your input.

You actually sounded intelligent this time. Hats off to you. That, however, confirms what I have been suspecting all along- that you have been "dumbing down" your writing.

    Who are you really?

Tramps nothwithstanding, the Liberty Lobby case stands. You are alluding to the standards in a civil case compared to a criminal case. Everyone is aware of that. It takes some thought, which you obviously are incapable of to understand what happened there.

And the fact is , no one wanted to print the results of the case since it was so damaging.
