    Recruiting Professionals

I would like to get into this and they

keep emailing me for an online

interview. Has anyone heard of them?

They have pt/ft positions and they

    claim to train you.

*Here's How It Works - ABC Company wants to hire an employee and they are looking to pay a base salary of $30,000 per year. ABC agrees to pay a placement fee of 20% of the base salary for your recruiting services. You present the candidate that ABC decides to hire. That means you just pocketed a fee of 20% of $30,000. That's $6,000 dollars in you're pocket!! Think about this....
it looks like you pay $297 to that website and they say, "go do it." if its easy, why aren't they doing it instead of telling you to do it?

they don't mention the $10k came out of your pocket before you got that $6k in, or the self employment taxes you have to pay.

Why would you ever pay someone to work for them. This is a 100% comission recruiter Why do you need to pay them a dime?

The example they give is absurd.

A real company hiring for a $30,000 job ($15 an hour) just has to put a simple ad in the paper. They will get tons of applicants.

They are not going to pay a $6,000 "headhunter's fee" to anyone. :cwm14:

    Re: Recruiting Professionals

So basically I'm just paying for a

website and all I have to do is post

    job ads/resumes on different sites?

Is that it? Has anyone done this

    before? I doesn't seem like a bad

home based business but I would like

to get feedback before I invest

    money.

There is no need to pay for information on recruiting. I will be glad to help any one SERIOUS about being a recruiter for free. Email me.
Recruiting is a career not a get rich quick scheme. It does take time to make money. Most placements pay between 3000 and 18,000 some pay more. The job is not easy and you will put in lots of hours. The best thing is you can work at home. You can work part time but this cuts down you chances to make big money.
In one report I read the average income for a recruiterlast year was about 72,000 .
I did not make that much but I did well.

Remember there is no need to pay for recruiting information. It's free.
